The rooms are ordinary, not as good as the Intercity Hotel in St. Paul, but the restaurant on the 19th floor is very good. The environment is very good, the breakfast is very rich, lunch and dinner can be solved at the hotel, the product is very good. There is also a gym on the 19th floor.

Great service and a nice hotel. Not keen on the duvets having no cover but that seemed to be the same practice in other hotels I stayed in in the area. The staff were amazing and incredibly kind. Would recommend if you're visiting Porto alegre

The hotel is just opposite the Alegre Port bus stop. It is especially suitable for passengers in transit. It is known that there are no trains in Brazil. Long-distance buses are the main means of transportation from the state capital to the cities in various regions. There are some clocks in the lobby that look like some ages and look very good. The reception English at the front desk was not bad in Brazil, and the service was very warm. The room is neat and tidy. Breakfast is on the back of the three-way, more typical Brazilian breakfast.

Excellent hotel, but our room was a little old. Very educated and performing officials. The hotel has a beautiful bed and TV with Netflix, Star + and various channels. The shower is also very good. Breakfast is wonderful, with many varieties. Payed parking, value of R$ 40,00 per day.

Very attentive attendants, but old rooms, mold on the bedroom curtains, well-worn towels. The location is very good, close to the American consulate in Porto Alegre (2km), as well as close to the Iguatemi shopping mall.

The hotel is very close to the airport, can't get a taxi, can wait for the shuttle. English is not very good communication, no one answers the hotel phone, but fortunately, I finally went to the shuttle smoothly compared with the airport staff. Novotel is a large hotel chain, but it is the worst sanitation I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is not very clean and the toilet is dirty. Not too clean and clean is only limited to changing towels to make the bed, and Lin bath towels have not been cleaned for a few days. The only comfort is that the breakfast is delicious, the choice is many, the cheese ball is delicious.

All right.Excellent location, 24-hour manufacturer service, very complete breakfast, several options zero lactose and gluten-free.Restaurant with various dishes and price accordingly.A kids area missing, because it doesn't have. In general, we have a lot of clean and comfortable beds, we have already hosted several times and we will surely return.
