Recomendo e com certeza me hospedaria novamente.
I was not bad, just overpriced. Rooms were small like an IBIS, they did have a minibar in the room. Bathroom was bigger than an IBIS. Staff nice pleasant and efficient. Breakfast included was ok nothing to rave about. Bed was really high and too firm with sheets that did not fit the bed and crumpled under you as you slept. I only ate dinner here the lat night at the hotel. I waited 40+ minutes for a Mixto (hot ham & cheese sandwich) and french fries and the restaurant was mostly empty. Would I stay here again, probably not. Probably stay at the IBIS Styles on Plinio Milano Street. Better value and nearby restaurants and shops to the IBIS, while nothing much around the Laghetto but a supermarket.
Fantastic location in the best neighborhood in Porto Alegre. Attached to a nice shopping mall with plenty of stores. Amazing restaurants and bars in the area. I used the gym which was very well equipped. Friendly staff. Room was a little bit outdated but very clean and comfortable - so no complaints there. Overall a great place to stay!

It was a comfortable experience. The location was very close to the Airport thus making it easy together to your flight in a timely manner. While there was repetition in the menú, the taste was very good. The staff was very curteous and pleasant despite the language barrier.
I stayed in apartment 301. We arrived midnight after a long 9-hour trip from PR. We have been in this hotel several times, and until then we had only praises to do ... but this night from 08 to day 09/07/2022 was a real nightmare ... when we were lying in bed around 00:00: 30 I realized that you connected a noisy engine with a bulb bulb hitting ... that stayed for 2 or 3 minutes .... impossible to sleep with it ... I turned off the air conditioning think it could be our air ... I slept again ... 15 or 20 minutes after more 2 or 3 infernale minutes ... 15 or 20 minutes of silence and ... 2 or 3 minutes of very noise again ...e so happened hours on wire ... if you had been stepped up the car in a fuel station and sleeping ... would have been better.
This Hotel is located in the Auxiliadora Neighborhood, near Moinhos, the most elegantly neighborhood of Porto Alegre City. There are very good bedrooms, delicious breakfast and restaurant. I recomend this hotel to young people, coples and travelers professional.
New and comfortable, super functional hotel with some bathroom facilities...Parking with manufacturer and charged part (R$21,00 per day), tasty breakfast and variety but tb charged part (R$30, 00 per person). In my view, if you can add the costs of parking and breakfast can stay in a hotel well better with this value!! I didn't find a good cost x benefit! TB reception officials could be more sympathetic, Like the male dry staff!
For those who like American hotels, you will love it. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of the hotel: because it is large (10th floor), everything has to be lined up. Take the elevator and eat breakfast. In the early morning, the elevator stops on all floors. If you are placed on the top floor, you must constantly exercise patience. All this is very bad. Although there are free early check-in ads, please forget this option. The hotel is overcrowded and there are always people coming in and out, so I find it difficult to buy. We arrived at the hotel at 12 and couldn't even get in the room. The advantage is that we can put our luggage there and label it because the place where I store them is full. For vegans/vegetarians, breakfast food has many shortcomings, it only has fruit. The cakes are so sweet that you can't taste them at all. Orange juice is unnatural. The rooms/corridors are carpeted. The swimming pool is small, it even looks like a child's. The hotel needs some maintenance, especially on the terrace, some areas are being renovated. There are no most plants in the vegetable garden = (
The sunset view on the terrace is simply beautiful. Very good gym, equipped with all necessary equipment and mirrors. There is a lounge where you can read books, practice yoga, relax, and the decoration is great. The staff are very friendly. We ordered food through the app, and the receptionist received it and called us to let us know it had arrived. Everyone is very patient and willing to help.
Every day the cleaner will ask us if we want her to clean the room.
It has cable TV, Netflix and globoplay.
I think there is a sink in the room, separate garbage (organic and recyclable), microwave oven and air conditioning are good. The room size is very good and very spacious.
The shower was great, the water flow was very strong and very hot (if you want).

HHONGBINGBreakfast is relatively good. Hotel location is average. It is not safe at night nearby. This is the case in this country. It is recommended not to go out and hang out at night. Not far from the airport!
GGuest UserWhen I called and asked about the parking, I was informed that the hotel offered 6 free vacancies in front of the hotel, and I agreed with the open parking next door. But if you need to get out of the car, you will have to get to the parking stay and, when you come back, you will have to take a new ticket, paying another use of the parking, which was not reported by the attendant. In the case I paid 46 reals in parking, not compensating the value of the accommodation, because I had to leave only once. For those who go by car and need to locomote in Porto, the low cost of the hotel ends up, in the package, more expensive than in other hotels in the region.
If you travel for fun, then the price and the enviromento is fine. But if you travel for business, this is one of the worst hotel I have experience, the receptionist has really bad atitude, they dont speak english and they descriminate foreigners. Second, they dont know how to make an invoice correctly with the CNPJ. They misspelled the name or not putting the whole adress correctly. And when i ask to change, they complain and give a bad atittude. I will not reserve this hotel for any of my clientes anymore. If the hotel wants to grow, the receptionists need to receive proper training once in a while. But
GGuest UserThe hotel is completely and absolutely sincere in what you propose: connect the comfort of the neighborhood with the road of Porto Alegre and a proper, clean and pleasant service. Simple and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast ~inside the standards of an express hotel.
GGuest UserThe horrible breakfast in every day I stayed hosped. The receptionist Jardel was extremely poorly educated in front of other guests saying I had lost my towels and they were swept with makeup, and that I shouldn't clean the dirty face in the towels. I'm an artist and I was performing in the city. I took the three towels and washed the shower with a sabble and took all the ”spots”, which proves that the hotel has even tried to put the towels in the machine. I wanted to take me 150 reals, besides the illegal constraint and the very cruel way I he tried.
GGuest UserThe hotel is simple but well located. The room and box are small but clean and the beds are good, hot water in the towers. Breakfast leaves to be desired, you could have more options, it is very simple, but the value compensates.
I’ve the most excelent experiencie in the hotel Get specific - the more details, the better Share the good, the bad, and just OK Tell us stuff you'd tell your friends Sprinkle in a few tips and recs k
GGuest UserThe hotel is good but call the reservation on Friday before and I asked the official if I could use the pool and she replied yes, I brought bath clothes and only reach the pool was closed for event, I was very annoyed, I was angry because I called questioning.
