Worst hotel ever; the receptionist ask me to pay extra 30rm even that I showed her the invoice that I already paid extra for the tourist taxes online when I booked the room, she was insisting that they need money as trip don’t give them any money for that; the hotel is so old and dirty, holes in the roof, no towels; we booked for 2 single beds room but they gave as 1 bed room; no elevator we had to carry our heavy baggage to the 3rd floor by ourselves; very far from the beach 5km; we need to site on the stairs in the 2nd floor to catch some WiFi signal; NOT RECOMMENDED and NEVER BACK AGAIN.

Bagi sebuah hotel, sepatutnya perkara asas mestilah dipenuhi. Hal ini tidak berlaku pada Hotel Suria.

Kemudahan air di bilik mandi yang sangat perlahan, lantai yang dimop secara kotor, aircond yang teruk. Dan bilik yang terperap dengan habuk. Ditambah pula dengan coverage internet yang sangat perlahan.

Apa yang saya kritik bukanlah demand hotel 5 bintang. Tetapi perkara asas bagi hotel biasa untuk menginap dengan bayaran RM60 sepatutnya perlu ada segala keperluan asas yang sangat mustahak.

Apa-apa pun, saya tidak akan recommed kepada sesiapa kecuali untuk mencari lokasi tempat tidur semata-mata.

For a hotel, the basics must be met. This does not happen at Hotel Suria.

Very slow water facilities in the bathroom, dirty mopped floors, terrible aircond. And a room covered in dust. Coupled with very slow internet coverage.

What I am criticizing is not the demand for 5-star hotels. But the basic thing for a normal hotel to stay for a fee of RM60 should have all the basic necessities that are very important.

Anyway, I won't recommend it to anyone except to find a place to sleep.
