It needs to be clarified that drying service is indeed part of our laundry service, and it is stated on the platform that it is chargeable. We are happy to provide it to you for free. Thank you for your understanding of the language barrier and glad our staff was able to assist you efficiently. We are also happy for you to enjoy the view of Phewa Lake from your balcony. As we mentioned upon check-in, the breakfast buffet is available for groups of 20 or more. For smaller guests, we offer an à la carte menu. Regarding the dusty balcony, unfortunately this is likely result of windy weather that Pokhara was experiencing (specially in the afternoon) around the time of your stay. Thank you also for pointing out about counter top and the bedsheet. We have already discussed all these points with our housekeeping team (at our team brief meeting), and also with our laundry service provider to maintain or improve our guests' experience. Our hotel is located 5 mins walk from Fewa Lake. This means we are not too far from the busy area, but also not too close to the bustling street. In other notes, we are glad you appreciated our service and the packed breakfast for your early departure.
