Apartamentos Casas Carmen - Adults Only

The apartment is tastefully decorated, has a nice kitchenette, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. The swimming pool at the complex is neat and has enough beds for the guests. The complex is located close to the beach, shops and entertainment area, in short, all the ingredients for a fantastic stay were present. Unfortunately, we were robbed on the last night while we were sleeping, even though the complex is fenced and has camera surveillance. The thieves clearly knew the apartment, and walked straight to our bedside tables. The next day we warned other holidaymakers. We heard from a German couple who came there often that this happened more often, even on the 2nd floor. That's why they slept with everything sealed tight. After this unpleasant experience, we were told that this had never happened before, and no support from the manager or travel organization when filing a report, etc. We thought that was the biggest hangover.

Apartment has been renovated since last visit. New owner. Very friendly welcome and good regret during the stay. Room was cleaned 3 times a week, everything was clean. We'd love to come back

As always, had a wonderful holiday. Clean. Courteous. Splendid. We have been coming to Casas Carmen regularly for over 30 years. If there was something to complain about, the bed is very narrow and therefore quite uncomfortable. One of us slept on the sofa. The facility is extremely well maintained and clean. Yoana makes the impossible possible. She is very helpful. If there is a problem, she will find the solution. And always has an open ear. Thanks. Eugenia keeps the system running. She has become our friend over the years. Alejandro maintains the pool and the garden with dedication. Thank you for always allowing us wonderful holidays. Without stress. Without hectic occupancy of deckchairs and absolutely NO retirement home. But wonderfully quiet and relaxing. We find it perfect that no children are allowed. We're coming again 💪👍💪.

My husband and I stayed in Casas Carmen from December 21st, 2021 to January 4th, 2022. We had apartment 6A. As soon as we entered our vacation home, we were absolutely thrilled: the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking and promised a relaxing vacation. The apartment is very large, modern and tastefully furnished. There is enough space in the cupboards and shelves to easily store all your things. The bed is about 160 cm wide. For some guests who are used to much larger beds, this might be a bit too narrow. If this causes problems for a couple, one person who should not be much taller than 170 cm could sleep comfortably on the sofa. The kitchenette contains everything you need to prepare a good breakfast, including fried or scrambled eggs, and then eat it on the balcony or in the room while enjoying the endless expanse of the blue sky and the ocean. We really liked the fact that more than enough fresh rolls were available for guests every morning free of charge. Of course, you could also cook simple dishes in this kitchen, but we always went out to eat. The whole complex is very nice and clean. Everything is diligently and lovingly maintained and kept in order. The three hotel employees were always friendly, attentive and very helpful. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them once again for making our vacation so pleasant. The quiet atmosphere in the hotel is also worth mentioning. You could always relax undisturbed by the pool or read on the balcony in the evening. You couldn't hear anything from other rooms. The location of Casas Carmen is very advantageous. When you leave the complex, you are immediately on the endless beach promenade and you can take long walks. Many shops, numerous restaurants and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity. The only thing that wasn't so great is the street directly behind the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, you might feel disturbed by the traffic noise in the early hours of the morning. But the fact is: Unfortunately, you can't have a hotel in a central location and without street noise. All in all, it was a very successful vacation and we will definitely come back.
