Pros: Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room was clean. View was nice. About 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Vendors are nearby and along the walk to get to the beach. Tours can be booked in hotel lobby or next door. A quality spa is next door, so it was 650Baht for 1 hour full body aromatherapy oil massage. There are street massages nearby for 200Baht if you want simple and cheaper. No noise heard from within the room. Rooftop pool area is beautiful. Fitness room is simple Cons: The beds looks comfy but it's hard. They went for extra extra extra Firm! A mattress topper was brought in and it was helpful. The building is very close to other hotels so you can see into other rooms and they can see into yours. Just make sure to close your blinds. Busy area so the roads gets traffic. Just plan ahead for it if you have to take a car somewhere.

We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

I visited this hotel for family trip in Phuket. This hotel was located in the heart of Patong and even if midnight, I could go to eatery and convenience store in this town. What was more, the breakfast of this facility was so great in terms of taste and types of food and drink. Though the room I stayed in was a little bit of messy, I could stay comfortably.

Everything was great. The only minor setback is the walkway outside the room could be very noisy if other guest don't have the courtesy to speak softly. Was awaken at 3am on my last night with a guest shouting and arguing with his girlfriend. Indeed a nuisance to have such guest. Apart from that, everything was great.

The room has its own pool. It is spacious and perfect for couple or family. The whole ambiance of the hotel is like a paradise, very quiet and peaceful with all facilities available. We are very grateful with the service from the FO Guide for a smooth check in, their manager Edson for touring us around and giving recommendations. We ate dinner buffet and was serenaded by Marie and Medic, they are wonderful singer. Our server Joan was also bubbly and attentive to us. Overall we had a memorable experience and we will definitely come back!

Beautiful location to relax and chill. Only bad points were the flamingo Beach bar was shut and Under reconstruction.. also the fitness centre had been moved too! with just three running machines and a few weights, Not as picture on profile.. but would definitely stay again.
