Pet friendly Hotels Phuket

Hotel nice and clean. Full equipped in the spacious room. There are swimming pool, shuttle boat, play room for kid and relaxing places. Shuttle boat can access to the beach.

Excellent location and facilities. We lived in one of the pool side villas where it is close to the breakfast place, gym and private beach. There are also lots of restaurant near the doorsteps of the hotel. The room was great with stunning oceanic view and private pool. The food of the breakfast place and room delivery is also great.

Exclusive Service, Quality amenities and all around experience of hospitality in Phuket. A little far from the happening places in the city but compensates this with so many options, you can enjoy your evening there too. Though it's Off season, i didnt see its impact at the service in anyway.

The beach was beautiful, big hotel several building and pools, nice thai restuarant ”tamarine” nice Thai dish and Thai dance show. The staff was nice and friendly. Definately good chioce of Hotel in Phuket.

(+) Good service and Good location. (-) The room smells musty. There are dirt stains on the walls and bathroom. (-) There is difficulty in getting in and out of the hotel, having to use one elevator to get from the room to the top floor then change to another elevator to leave the hotel (-) The hotel elevator is not connected to the parking lot.

The location was so good as it’s right in between Patong and Karon beaches. Only 6mins by taxi each ways. Breakfast was okay the view from the restaurant is phenomenal. Not many shops near so you have to go to one of the beaches to get to nearest seven11. Public pool was great with nice view and happy hour drinks. Restaurant food was good. There were so many ants inside the hotel room and some fruits falling on top of the roof made it a little bit hard to sleep. Some were making pretty huge almost like explosion sounds.

Service: The service of this hotel is very good. Every employee is smiling and polite. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt very warm and happy. I would like to try their hotels in other cities if I have the chance. Food: The food is very good. Some are self-service and some are ordered. It can be seen that the food standard is very high. The coffee and rice noodles are very delicious. The restaurant is small. Try to go for breakfast at 9:30 or you will have to wait for a table. Environment: Quiet private villa, very private with birds singing and flowers blooming during the day, and the water in the swimming pool is also very clean. It is very close to the beach, and there is also a 711 at the door. There are delicious Thai food and pizza shops. Transportation: It is far from the city, close to the airport, and is more suitable for staying when you just come to Phuket or return.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Phuket.

Pet friendly what I looking for but the room is very old and should be renovated. I was very unimpressed with the housekeeping. The bed sheets and towels were so old that I didn't dare to use them. Coz no matter how much I spent from the hotel is, the cleanliness of the equipment is the standard for hotels at every price level. Also I booked the deluxe room but I m not sure I got what I booked for, it was looked like a standard room. I’m very disappointed here. However, all the receptionists and staff, especially in the restaurant, were all very nice. My mother is a vegetarian. The chef prepared a special meal for her out from the buffet line breakfast. I appreciate it! The view of the rice fields next to the mountain is fantastic. I have a toy dog good for him to walks around. Extra charge for pet was acceptable. And good location in town connect to 2 beaches. Overall I’ll give 2/5 for this place. I prioritize cleanliness!!!!

I was enjoyed and happy towards their management services give by them ❤️ The best place to stay with families and the staff all so friendly 😊 Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and I won’t ever forget this trip which full with sweet memories by sweet peoples over there 🙏🏻
