Thank you for bringing it to our attention.As our resort is situated on the hillside, with views of the ocean and Nai Harn Lake, for guest convenience, the hotel provides shuttle service, and the golf carts to transfer guests between lobby and guest room. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause during your stay. Your comment on the hotel bicycle is indeed important to us, we have new bicycles available at the resort, however we are afraid that all the new bicycles were occupied and only the old one is still available when you come to borrow.Once again, thank you for choosing us and we look forward to welcoming you back to our resort for another memorable stay soon and we all wish you safe travels when returning to Phuket.
