This is such a worst hotel to stay in, So dirty beds and towels like they did not clean it at all. Very inconsiderate staff, the woman at the front the one with the blond hair very unprofessional. It was old and what’s worst is they did not gave me the room the I booked cause they said they are renovating, next time if you are renovating don’t ever accept a booking. Reeks with paint and THEY DO NOT HAVE ELEVATOR/ LIFT I never go back here, rooms are very untidy.

I found this hotel a very nice modern and friendly place to stay for 2 weeks The r oom was large and modern everything worked good and affordable It had lots of stores to buy groceries close by Heaps of bars and restaurants close within walking distance . The staff were very friendly and looked after me very well I will definitely stay again

Not bad at all! Nice rooms, nice staff and convenient location. Some stuff could be better but for the price you’ll be paying its well worth it. Has everything you’ll be looking for around. Safety - No electronic safe in the room. Walkability - Walkability? Yes, very walkable. Food & drinksRestaurants and bars across the street.

I recommend the hotel! We rented it with a good discount, we liked everything. There were difficulties with check-in, we did not see the reservation, but the trip com staff quickly helped solve the problem.

Central location next to the night market. Cleaning must be ordered before 2pm every day, they do not clean themselves.

The hotel did not see the reservation made by trip.com through a partner. I had to contact support and separately the reception staff and the hotel manager. But in the end the situation was resolved and we were accommodated. As I understand it, the hotel is undergoing renovations, which may be why some bookings have been suspended. The location is good, there are many delicious inexpensive cafes nearby. But it’s a 25-minute walk to the beach, but the saving grace is that the path lies mostly in the shadow of the shopping center. The shopping center has many clothing and accessories stores, plus a large BIG C with reasonable prices. There is a bar opposite the hotel, we chose a room with a view of it, although there was noise until 3 a.m., it didn’t bother us)

Near 7-Eleven, easy to find food.

According to reviews on trip.com and other booking sites, more or less, we only needed a hotel to spend the night We arrived, checked in, and there were no signs of trouble. The room is frankly shabby, the photos do not correspond to reality! The curtains are cut, there are a lot of ants near the windows, everything is old We went to the front desk and asked to change the room, to which we were told that there were no rooms available.. Then we asked for a refund, which, after communicating with the management, the hotel seemed to agree BUT: since we booked through trip.com, and they through *******, the pulling of the blanket began. Trip.com support service was in touch, but there was no direct communication with the hotel, which really slowed down the process. The hotel agreed to return the entire amount, but did not confirm this information in communication with *******. We called the hotel and wrote to WhatsApp, but in the end we only received compensation for 1/3 of the total amount We were lucky that we found another hotel nearby, but during the high season everything in the center of Patong was booked I do not recommend this hotel unless you want to ruin your holiday!
