Good service

The resort is great, its location is close to an important lively street and includes all services such as Seven Eleven at the end of the street. I used to walk to it. Also, when I wanted to go to Patong Beach, the hotel provided us with a bus at 10:30 that would take us for free and return us at 5 before sunset at the end of our day to sunbathe and enjoy the sea and Patong Beach. The resort is very quiet, beautiful quiet and has a wonderful view of the mountains. The pool is full of trees that make the refreshing oxygen fill the place. The breakfast buffet is delicious, varied, clean and tidy. We stayed there for four beautiful and very comfortable days. I thank you from my heart. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the screen was excellent, LG brand, smart. The Wi-Fi network was strong and the balcony had comfortable chairs to sit on and a table and overlooked the pool. It was well covered during the rain and soundproofed. The bathtub was excellent, new and clean. The staff did their work with the utmost skill, all of them were there day and night and were very interested in us. If the guests did not know something, they would come to the room directly. Professionals in their work. Thank you very much. I enjoyed my stay with you.

Good hotel, in a quiet place. There is a night market nearby. Freedom beach is nearby. Not bad breakfasts. The only nuance is that there is no fitness room, as stated in the description of the hotel on trip.com, so I gave it a 4 for amenities, but this is not so critical for me.

This kind of room is not as good as the configuration within 200 in the country

The facilities, services and pool were all very good. If you are in good health you can walk to Patong Beach etc. You have to walk along a slightly dangerous road with cars and motorbikes driving nearby. It was quite a challenge to get to Tops daily Phuket - Sirirat, which is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I walked to and from Kata Noi Beach. It was fun but I don't recommend it because there were snakes and wild dogs. It's far from the nearest Phuket Smart Bus station. Talk to the driver and get the bus dropped off near the hotel. Recommended for those who can rent a motorbike. There is a coin laundry at Tops daily Phuket - Sirirat.

Worth the price paid, good service staff.

I think when it was new it was a luxury hotel. Now, of course, it’s old, the sunbeds are dirty, but the pool is clean and beautiful. There is a slide. Cleaning was done every day. There is a market nearby. Our windows overlooked the pool, we slept well. The bed is a bit hard. The room is large. Breakfast was delicious 😋

Excellent resort,treated myself to a room with a jacuzzi and wasn't disappointed. Overlooked the pool and easy to use.breakfast adequate and location nice too.staff were very friendly and helpful.would certainly revisit this great resort.

Very nice hotel for the price and quality, very good friendly staff. I really liked the pool. It is convenient to get to any popular beaches of Phuket from the hotel. Nice comfortable suite on the fifth floor, fully equipped, everything works. I recommend.

Today is December 10, 2024. My friend and I have been vacationing at this hotel for a week now. During this time, we have formed a certain opinion about the work of the hotel staff. They are hospitable, they answer any request, they try to help solve the problem. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly and neatly. We are happy with the cleaning. Of course, the hotel is a bit far from the beach. This does not spoil our vacation. We walk a lot. The pool is clean and well-maintained. It is pleasant to relax in it. Special thanks to the restaurant staff. The dishes are delicious, something new appears on the menu every day. It is obvious that everyone is trying to make vacationers feel comfortable.
