This is not the first time staying here but was unfortunately not the best experience overall.  Our villa had a problem with the toilet flush in one bedroom and smell of **** and/or sewage in the other bathroom.  On the only full day that we were in the villa, we had non-stop interruptions to our relaxing with 5 different visits to the villa for maintenance of some sort.

Third visit to this complex and love it!  Very clean, modern and the best location for convenient walk to the centre of town with a host of restaurants, bars and shops.
