Nice and cozy, everything you need Location perfect Could do with general cleaning, but overall experience was great

Just a perfect spot.. very near to restaurants, beach or supermarkets.. quiet and peaceful at night for a good nite sleep, and very friendly staff..

The one bedroom apartment was nice for a short week stay. Good location. Walking distance to Boat Avenue and Bang Tao beach. Good receptionist. Nice big bathroom/dressing area that actually has a full body mirror for those that care! The only con for me was that my room was directly opposite the Hilton so I felt a bit encaved at times. It also would help if the room had some cleaning supplies like a broom and mop. I would stay again if I knew my view wouldn’t be the Hilton.

The hotel is nice, but I wouldn’t stay again due to the additional charges. By the time you add on the extra charge for electricity and the 1,000 baht mandatory cleaning fee, you might as well stay at a nicer hotel because the price would end up the same. It’s only economical if you are staying long term, want to cook your own meals, and don’t plan on using the AC. If that’s the case, the rooms are great, location is in the middle of the beach and main strip. Pool and gym facilities aren’t bad.

Great one bedroom apartment and great location!

It was a great one bedroom apartment! Enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately, towel change can only be done every 3 days. Also, lots of bugs gather outside the balcony at night. Dead bugs can be found in the rooftop pool. Amenities are well maintained. Location wise, it's near supermarket(pretty expensive). The cheaper supermarkets is alot further and would only be convenient if you rent a vehicle to travel.

What a great condominium! Location is great, about a 7mins walk to eateries and an international supermarket. Felt safer in the area with brightly lit roads. Good sized, clean apartments. Definitely recommend.

Good value for money

Nice place.

We took standard apartments. The room is certainly compact, but quite comfortable. It is inconvenient that there is no table (there is a kitchen, but how to eat if you cooked?!) although there is space for a table... There is a kettle and a toaster in the kitchen, but no sockets... The electricity for 5 days came out to 640 bt (on the first day we were in the room for almost half a day, because it was raining, the rest of the days in the morning and late in the evening only).

Normal apartments. Nice rooftop lounge and swimming pool. On the downside, when it gets dark, they don't turn on the roof lights to save electricity, apparently this spoils the experience of staying since it's impossible to use public spaces after 7pm, guests sit in the dark and swim, the administrator does nothing.

It's quite satisfactory~ Most of the residents are medium- to long-term renters. They are service apartments that are well maintained and have their own parking lot, so parking is convenient. The room is one bedroom and one living room, and the rooftop pool is quite beautiful to watch the sunset. The check-in staff at the front desk are very friendly~
