We booked 2 bedrooms for 4 ppl which 1 room upstairs with living room and 1 room downstairs with jacuzzi and private swimming pool. Room is very nice, clean and spacious(especially downstairs). Strictly checked in at 15.00 (we had to wait for an hour as we arrived around 14.00) and checked out at 11.00( they allowed to check out 11.30). Breakfast at 8.00-11.00 which buffet but not many choices for westerner (salad, fried eggs, omelet sausage, ham, bread, coffee,tea , OJ) and asian food fried rice, plain rice,1 stirred fried food, one 1 soup and 1 congee. The resort is on the beach where remote from the town. The hotel provide shuttle van to town but have to find a taxi back. ( We booked the rental car so no problem on this).

Response from Property: Dear customer, We are sorry for your unpleasant stay with us. There is wifi signal in all our rooms. We are running 5 Ghz internet in our property. We have received some feedbacks that not all phones are capable of receiving 5Ghz as the speed is too fast. Hence, we have downgraded our router to the slower 2.4Ghz recently. With the downgrade, all of our customer has no issue with connecting to the wifi. There is no smart tv in our room but we do have an external internet TV box that is connected to the TV which provides your access to the use the TV like a smart TV. The room is very clean. I was given two ice wipes when I checked in. I was amazed. I only know how cool these things are when I go to Thailand. The environment is very good. This is my third time coming to Phuket, and I highly recommend it! It's hard to find a hotel in Phuket at this price that is right next to the beach. It's hard to find this kind of hotel on other beaches. I really regret not staying here the past few nights. Very comfortable!
