I booked this hotel almost at random, because the location of Karon Kata was important, as well as a certain budget. After studying reviews on non-Colt sites, and even reviews on YouTube, I chose a deluxe room with a view of the pool. I arrived at the hotel at 19.00, check-in happened very quickly. The reception staff are very friendly and pleasant, they only took a copy of your passport and did not take a deposit for your stay. I got a room in the farthest and highest building A, on the 4th floor. There is no elevator in the building, it is worth considering who has heavy luggage, but I think the staff can help with luggage. Having looked around afterwards, I believe that I actually got one of the most successful rooms. It is very large, with a large bed, and just a huge balcony. Decoration in Thai style. There is no wardrobe or closet; there is simply a bar with hangers at the entrance. The furniture in the room is the same, made of tiles and wood, not particularly functional, only upper work surfaces. But all this was not critical for me. The mattress is hard, the pillows are high. The linen is very clean and pleasant to the body. Two large and two small towels, very high quality. (You need to take a beach towel from the reception). There are nice blackout curtains on the windows. I was very pleased with the balcony, with an excellent table, not plastic, very pleasant to sit in the morning and evening. Gorgeous view from the balcony, both from the room and from the corridor, you can see Buddha. The room has good modern air conditioning, a large TV, Netflix and YouTube. Large refrigerator, which is great since many hotels have tiny ones. There are dishes, large flat dishes, a deep plate, glasses, mugs, forks and spoons. There was no tea set. Every day 2 bottles of water, 0.5 each. I haven’t checked Wi-Fi, I have a Thai SIM card. The shower and toilet are combined. It’s not very convenient that there is no division into dry and wet zones, but this is the case in many places, so in general it’s normal. The bathroom is clean, there are no smells. I didn’t swim in the pool, but I saw people swimming. At night it is closed with a sign, so there is no noise from it. I initially rented my room for 2 nights, but then extended it for another 2 nights because I liked it here. For the money, this is excellent housing, with a much greater level of comfort than is offered in many others for the same money. The big plus is the location. It’s close to Kata and Karon, everything is on foot. Nearby there is 7/11, and various shops and cafes. I definitely recommend the hotel.

I stayed with my son for 1 night, then regretted that I had not booked for more days. Really good location. 5 minutes to the sea. Of the minuses in the room there are small ants that covered the food left in the room.

Facilities: The hotel has stairs uphill and has a damp smell. The water pressure and temperature of the hot and cold water taps are unstable. It is useless to communicate and complain to the front desk. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is very different from the pictures.

Excellent hotel for the money. Very hospitable staff, the room is very clean, they clean it daily, there are dishes and cutlery, TV with YouTube. There is a swimming pool on the territory, but we never got to it. As for the location - we specially chose it so that it would be convenient to go to Kata and Karon beaches

Good day everyone! We are vacationing from 19-27.12.2024. Apart from the location, there is nothing positive about this hotel! The hotel where we vacationed a year ago is much cheaper, but it is much better! This money is clearly not worth it! It is a 5-10 minute walk between Kata and Karon beaches. The reception is like a barn where 3 people fit, it is impossible to wait there, for example, for your flight, so if you have an evening flight, you can only pay extra for an extension of the room. We lived in building C, which is considered new, I did not see anything new! There is no mirror in the room, only a small one in the bathroom, VERY hard mattresses, as if you are sleeping on the floor! Instead of a closet, there is a wardrobe with 2 shelves. There is no noise insulation at all. The room where breakfast is held is very small! There is no place to eat normally! Everyone is pushing in the narrow passages between the table and the food with hot drinks (Today my child was not feeling well and I came to breakfast to get a bag of coffee, I did not need food, I understand that you can not take it outside the dining room, imagine my surprise when I was refused this too ((( very unpleasant! I will not recommend the hotel!

We are resting here now. The hotel is good, nothing to complain about. Everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned perfectly, 1 liter of water is provided every day, breakfast is served at 9 am. Breakfasts probably vary depending on who you are, but for us it’s enough to fill us up (meat, salad, toast, eggs, fruit, juice). The rooms are large (we lived in two different ones), the rooms are minimalist, the furniture is comfortable, there is space for a car to pass through. The air conditioning works well, the water in the shower is regulated, shampoo and soap are provided. The reception solves problems and is always friendly. Beach towels are provided, a safe is free, Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent! You can go to both Kata and Karon.

We liked the hotel) we didn’t regret that we took it with breakfast - it was delicious and varied. The rooms were clean, cleaned every day, the bed was changed once a week. I recommend it 👍 the equipment included a smart TV, a refrigerator, a kettle. Wi-fi with good speed) the employees are very friendly, always ready to help and give advice 🙏
