The emplacement is good! Near than the centre of patong in a 10min walk, 20min for the beach. The chinese host was friendly. The room was clean, bonus for the terrace! AC working perfectly. It worth the price for high season!

air condition was barely working and ceiling fan was creaking all night along with its ancient fridge screaming for release other than that it was great budget room for patong.

This place should be booked only in emergency cases, when u only have to stay a few hrs or really low on finances.

Noisy hotel , I wouldn’t recommend it . Except the location. But as a stay it is a big NO!

This hotel needs a lot of improvement. Cleaning really bad, I found a very dirty floor mat full of what looks like a fungus or something. Very disgusting. They made my bed once but did not change sheets and nothing like that. The location was great. About 15 minutes walking distance from the main things..Buy also you can find many bars and restaurants and other businesses all around the accommodation.

Some rooms are noisy in the evenings and mornings but they also have more quiet rooms. You get what you pay for. Good AC and shower, clean rooms.

Careful in all respects. Behind the hotel is a foreign escort service home. Owner is Chinese. And she couldn't care less if you live or die.... Someone fell 10 floors and she was bothered to be woken 😕 😄 🤣

Broken amenities in the room. No water for almost a day. Nothing like the photo on the booking site. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. No cancellation is highlighted but given that the room was not as described I feel they owed me the opportunity to move on after 1 night and not tie me down to stay the full 4 nights. I would not recommend this place or anywhere in this crazy area. Not sabai sabai. Not value for money.
