The good hotel and good trip. That comfortable and cleaning

It seems rare to find a resort that cleans and organizes the rooms like this. Most places only clean and make up the bedding, but they cleaned up the sand on the floor and in the bedroom, as well as small items. I would like to thank the room cleaning team. Also, all the staff on the beach were proactive about safety and kind. Mr. Thanh provided toys for my child to play in the sand, and I felt sorry for him when he said that we couldn't go on the boat because the wind was so strong. They even took several family photos for us, so we were able to capture good memories in photos! Overall, all the staff at the hotel were kind. Above all, it was impressive that most of the staff remembered us, and it felt good to be treated specially. I think that was the unique advantage of this hotel, not just for our family, but for all guests. However, the welcome snack and the set menu provided at Vi restaurant... I wish they could improve the taste and quality.. It was also a good alternative to be able to choose Mixe restaurant. I want to visit Quy Nhon again because of this resort :-) I had a great holiday. Thank you!

An excellent resort with a great atmosphere and a superb location on a long sandy beach. The bungalows are very stylishly furnished. Comfortable beds and exceptionally clean! Overall, a very well-maintained complex. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Only the dinner menu could be improved in terms of selection and variety.

The hotel itself seems to be good value for money. You can choose to receive a massage in the evening. The swimming pool and breakfast restaurant are shared with Ocean Resort, and the people were friendly. It was a bit disappointing that it seemed difficult to get out of the city once you entered, but it seems good for resting.

The hotel contracted the entire beach, the glass sea, the blue and clear water, and many marine projects were free of charge. Seeing that we checked in very late, they automatically delayed our check-out to 4 pm. I was very touched. Everything in the hotel is so beautiful, the room is super warm and comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious and rich in variety.

The staff were all friendly and the service was good. The location is a bit far from the city center, so it's hard to go out of town. It's quiet and the beach is deserted, so it felt like I rented it. You can check various information and make reservations with the Maya app, so even if you're not good at English, you don't have to worry.

The service is generally good. The receptionist needs to inform guests that if they need to use the spa service, they need to inform in advance to prepare hot water when the guests arrive to use it. Because the spa staff reported that the hot water uses wind power, it takes time to wait for hot water to use the shampoo service.

Amazing resort! Staff are wonderful, food is amazing and included activities are such a delight, would recommend to friends and families looking to sit back and relax and enjoy the view with a sprinkle of different activities here and there!
