We flew to Phnom Penh from Shanghai, our first ever visited to Cambodia. We booked our stay at palace hotel as it seemed convenient to travel to other places. Next day we traveled to sight seems places and forgot our check out time is 12 pm, and we could only check out by 3 pm. While checking out the staff didn’t even only mention about the overstay, but also helped us with many little things. If you ever visit this city I highly recommend everyone to stay at this property. They have a great team who take care of each guest with utmost respect and care. Thank you everyone 🙏🏼🫶🏽

The room was clean, tidy, and the environment was very quiet. The sight by the window was good. The second time I went to the front desk was not as good as the service I encountered. The breakfast was simple. It ended at 9:30 and went at 8:50. There is almost nothing to eat.

We booked two Superior Twin Rooms, but the room type we received was not correct. One of the two rooms was way below the standard. In fact, it did not even have a window open to the outside air. The window was facing a visiting room. And one of the walls was partitioned with a hardboard, which was quite unsafe. The table provided in the room was rough and of low quality wood. The couple who had to check in to this room had informed the person who was at the reception about this issue at the time of checking in. They asked for the exact room type that we have paid for. But they were simply informed that room type was not available and were left without any other reasonable option. This is quite frustrating after paying for the rooms in full before coming to Cambodia. Most importantly, at the checkout time, the reception did not take any responsibility for my request to refund at least the price difference to the couple who had to stay in this lower standard room. The receptionist (Somaly) said it's not her business and we should not have accepted the room on arrival in the first place. She did not even bother considering the real situation we had to face. We understand this is very unprofessional and unreasonable. In terms of the room service, we had only two tea bags and two water bottles for the entire three days. Both rooms had a very bad smell, which means cleaning is not done properly. So I have to say that the room service also is not so good.

Pleasant Stay The property is in a very nice location, and I have stayed at this hotel a few times. However, during my recent visit, the receptionist wasn't as friendly as I expected. On a positive note, the security guard was much more helpful and welcoming, which made a difference in my stay

We travelled to Cambodia to visit family and needed to find somewhere in Phnom Penh that was different to a hotel as we have a 1 year old. The apartments are very comfortable and convenient. There is cleaning service daily and they offer you free drinks (soda, water and beer) as well as snack every day. You can also get a free coffee and pastry each morning. The room has all you need to cook which is convenient. There is an amazing rooftop with sofas, a pool and a very nice gym. The sunsets from there are fantastic. The staff was simply amazing. They were very welcoming, service minded and helpful, including the parking team - I could have never parked our SUV there without their help! We will be back there very soon!

Super clean rooms. The food at the restaurant was amazing every time I ordered a meal. So impressed and the staff was so helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist with anything. I will be back for sure.
