3-Star Hotels in Phnom Penh

going back to this city after 26 years is quite exciting so I chose a hotel near the city center. I booked City Centre Hotel via booking.com. I requested for airport pick up but no one picked me up even if I agreed with their taxi cost of 15 USD. I needed a taxi because I am going to an important meeting that same day. After my meeting, a friend dropped me off at the hotel and I found out that the hotel is located in a very busy street near bars and shops. Anyhow, I already booked. The reception told me to pay extra amount which I just paid because it is already around 8 pm and I needed to sleep. The room is very small with no exhaust and windows can not be opened. The pillow cases were stained and somewhat smelly. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful which made it better even if the hotel is not that great. After walking around the area, I found out that there are better options within that vicinity. So next time I will tray another hotel.

It is located in Chinatown in the south of the city. It is a convenient location for sightseeing, so I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean, the views are great, and the price is reasonable, making this a great value hotel. Perhaps because of this, the reception is always crowded. The reception is small compared to the number of rooms, so it takes time to check in and out. I wish the staff would try harder, but I also wish they would hire a few more staff.

I recently stayed at Relax Hotel Phonm Pehn, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I especially loved the attention to detail in the room – from the luxurious toiletries . The hotel’s location was perfect, close to all the major attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The facilities of roof top was good I also had the pleasure of dining near the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But what truly made my stay outstanding was the level of customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help. I can’t recommend Relax Hotel enough! It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service at an affordable price . I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Great hotel with the best location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were very polite , they made me feel very comfortable. The room was so clean and nice with very good wifi. The food was so delicious at a good price. The room price is perfect. I would recommend it to others.

One of my favourite budget hotels in pp. The room and the shower is very clean

The hotel has a good location , just in front of the central market and the Royal palace is also near. It is located on the main road and easy to access. They cleaned the room every day and the staff was nice. Though they couldn’t help to buy tickets to the different places of the country. Anyway I enjoyed the stay.

The staff are friendly, The room is clean and the toilet full of amenities. The location is good, there are 7eleven store just cross the street.

The room was quite suitable and the cleaning was very good. Beer Belly There are many couriers in the Kashxi Quick Wash Bar. The hip-hop tricks for cameras are good. V won’t call you the event card at what time it arrives, right?
