Phnom Penh Hotels with Airport pickup service

Beautiful cozy rooms. Kitchen available to order on the rooftop (15th floor). Pool with cool water refreshing at these hell hot days. Pool begins to work a bit late after noticed 9:00, no staff at the morning pool (no one may help you to expand an umbrella, it need special tool) and no bar works morning time (but I could order a coffee with a phone call to reception). Air condition in the room blows right on the bed at any position and I could not turn it off for all the night due it become incredibly hot inside. So waken up several times at night to switch it on and off. Hotel towels are cheap and the bathrobe I did not want to wear. But the shower and water pressure is good, very hot water available. I enjoyed! No European cafe around the hotel. You have to walk to get some.

This place is very centrally located. It has a casino within the building and a basement walkway to Nagaworld 1. The walkway is lined with duty free shops. Breakfast is excellent with many choices. The only set back we had was our bedroom. Every 15 mins, it makes a loud noise like the air-conditioning is going to break down but we had a good view of the river. Overall, we love this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

Overall a good experience, quiet rooms and spacious. However, our room was just a family room with the second bed removed and unlike the images, no sofa or chair was put in its place so it was just a bed in a room. This meant you had to sit on the bed if you wanted a drink etc. furthermore, there is a laundry room but you cannot use it whenever you like, it’s charged and it takes 24hours for the hotel to do it on your behalf (which is a bit misleading on the advert here). Breakfast was pretty good with nice range of foods and staff were all helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located on Floor 28/29 in The Bridge SOHO Building. Check-In / Check-Out was easy. Next to the hotel are several options to eat, shop and nightlife. Room was big and the view was stunning. I booked a room with river view. i want to notice that the bathroom smelled like mold. It was also flooded after showering and I have seen cockroaches every now and then. The pool area was nice and the gym was also great especially if you want to do a basic workout. (the area is located on floor 39.

Beautiful hotel. Little bit away from the main attractions but in the main road with TikTok’s everywhere. Restaurants, market and river boats/excursions all close by. Food was great, room too. No complaints whatsoever. Staff were amazing. The pool was really nice and gym was well equipped.

This hotel was near the central market. Front desk staff were helpful. Complimentary airport pickup was great. Efficient. Reasonable breakfast choices. Airline crew stay here too.

I would have called it a gem, as its inside and outside (meaning the roof with pool and and bar) are really great, but sadly the staff ruined all the good impressions by almost making us late for our transport. Our early check-in was twice aforementioned and we were promised a takeout breakfast ready at 6 am. Didn't happen. At 6:20 we were ready to leave but were asked to wait 5 minutes more. To make things faster, I went to the breakfast area to find that they did not yet start preparing it. So with a little help from me they finally made it... sadly, it contained mostly bread :)

The hotel is faily new and very clean. Also it is about 10 minutes away by TukTuk from river walk.Thus, far away from the noise and crowd. The surrounding area is being developed for business. Very safe since it faces the Minstry of Defence and the ally way to the hotel is a ristricted area because it is also house to many high ranking military officers( no kidding folks). Check out the amazing view from the roof-top pool.

Stayed for the third time at this hotel in the space of 7 months! Love it so much, I keep coming back 😊 . As usual, friendly, amazing, efficient service from all staff starting at check-in and felt by all other staff members, especially cleaning, security and restaurant staff at Cloud 9. Reception staff are always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Cleaning is done well and daily. Room service and Cloud 9 staff are friendly and quick. Staff mostly speak English so not a difficulty at all communicating. Check in and out is so quick and easy! As always the pool is clean, quiet and well maintained. Room service and food at the hotel is top quality. Certainly, the spa is worth every cent and not that much more expensive than venturing out. Of course, you could get cheaper but the quality and environment at the hotel spa is truly serene, tranquil and top notch luxury! Convenient shopping and food a plenty around the hotel and close to the riverside. Though it’s located close to the red 🚦 light district, security is exceptional and the area itself is not dangerous (keep your wits about you and valuables close regardless). The only small drawback is the room lighting, although there are many lights, the yellow lighting can be quite dim especially around the sink area (ladies be warned, not so easy to apply makeup lol 😂) but this is a small thing. Overall, this remains my hotel of choice whenever in Phnom Penh! Thank you for yet another wonderful stay at your amazing hotel!

We flew to Phnom Penh from Shanghai, our first ever visited to Cambodia. We booked our stay at palace hotel as it seemed convenient to travel to other places. Next day we traveled to sight seems places and forgot our check out time is 12 pm, and we could only check out by 3 pm. While checking out the staff didn’t even only mention about the overstay, but also helped us with many little things. If you ever visit this city I highly recommend everyone to stay at this property. They have a great team who take care of each guest with utmost respect and care. Thank you everyone 🙏🏼🫶🏽
