Excellent service from the front desk personnel. Only comment is on regards of the heating system: it was so noisy I had a very broken sleep night.

The place was okay but the building is a bit old. The rooms are also not sound proof, you can easily hear people next door. Location was very good, it was a few streets away from the city hall and other restaurants / establishments

Staff is wonderful, super helpful and kind. Very accommodating to our event and all of the attendees! Had wonderful, easy service throughout the whole weekend. The bed sheets had a prior stain. You can tell they were washed but it was an old makeup(?) stain… a little discomforting but everything else was up to par. The elevators seemed to give out fairly easy with constant use. Overall had a great time, will be back!

When I booked, the price was reasonable so I was satisfied with the content. It was quiet and I slept well.

Very satisfied, except that the air conditioner is quite loud, the service staff are very nice. There is no breakfast, but it is about 15 minutes walk to Chinatown, which is very convenient and can satisfy Chinese appetite.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the city hall and within walking distance to most attractions. It's close to the subway station and the city center of Philadelphia is beautiful and clean. It was raining heavily when we arrived at the hotel and we couldn't see the scenery outside the window. But the arranged room is quite nice and quiet. The bath water is also very large.

Hotel codenamed 201. The hotel is quite spacious and has excellent air conditioning. All United Airlines crews stay here. Turn right when you go out and there is a cheese steak shop. The taste is super delicious, the best American fast food I have ever eaten.
