Hotels in Ton Sai Bay, Phi Phi Islands

It was beautiful location a bit far from the noise and all. I had a villa up on a hill so the walk was tough for my wife with her knee issue but still came with a beautiful view.

In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history. The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar. The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the ”music” bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved. Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe.

Such a good location, great stay, they hold your bags if you arrive early and you can use the pool whilst you wait. Super good price for the size room you get

I booked this hotel without knowing clearly that the hotel was outside Phi Phi Island. We booked for three days, for an independent trip to Phi Phi, we were met at the pier, immediately settled in a wonderful room, the child has a separate large bed, everything is comfortable, everything is there, the TV supports YouTube, breakfasts are excellent, varied, on the shore. The pool is excellent, green well-kept territory! In general, we went to the reception and extended the holiday for another five days, and regretted that from the airport we did not immediately go here for the whole holiday !!! You can walk along the path from the hotel to the beautiful Long Beach 👍😍

In relation to the price, it has a very good location and in addition to that, it has extra activities in the hotel that offer you a better experience. It has a swimming pool that I really liked. In addition to that, it has kayak rentals and among other activities that the hotel offers. In relation to cleanliness, Well, the truth is that they are lacking a bit, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and there are details that can be improved, but it is undoubtedly a good option for solo travelers, with family. It is about a five-minute walk from the center, and from the Ton Sai pier, it is directly connected to the beach and has beach chairs exclusive to the hotel.

I recently stayed at The Hotel and it was a delightful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The dining options were excellent, with delicious meals and attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

This resort is beautiful. It is on the side of the island and about 15 minutes walk from the centre. They have somebody that takes your bags to the hotel, that is very confenient. Rooms are very big with aircon. They have a pool that can be used and chairs next to the ocean. Breakfast was very nice. They only thing missing for us, was a good bar. But for the rest it was very nice.

Hotel in good location. Room was fairly basic but clean, shower was adequate. Pool right outside our patio, but we did have a Grand Deluxe room. Safe didn't work properly so the reception had to provide us with a key to operate it. No kettle in the room, just a water heater which didn't work well, and took an age for the water to get hot enough for a tea/coffee.

Clean, beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the design of the hotel is pretty. Great location - quiet, but near stores and restaurant. Family-friendly. A minute from the beach. The swimming area at the beach is very small, but you can walk 5 min to a larger beach area. The swimming pools are great - a big shallow one for children, and a deeper pool at the rooftop of the central building. The staff is polite and professional. A small store at the front sells the best mango smoothies. The breakfast is okay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We tranfered from another hotel - I wish we spent all our time here at Andaman Legacy.
