Hotels in Loh Dalum Bay, Phi Phi Islands

Stayed one night with family from July 31st to August 1st, 2026. The rooms were advertised as 36m², which they definitely were not. I'd say they were closer to 20m². The bungalows were just awful, with no soundproofing whatsoever. It was impossible to sleep. Music blared until 3 AM, then from 4 AM, there was the clatter of dishes from the restaurant. Overall, it was very bad in that regard. You couldn't swim in the sea because the water in the bay was very dirty. There was low tide, and a lot of trash on the shore. The water receded almost halfway across the bay. On the plus side, the pool was decent, and the breakfasts were excellent.

- Super convenient location, few minutes walk to the beach. - Friendly staff, greeted with smile and helped to carry our luggage all the way from the pier to the hotel. given wet tissue and cold mineral water during check in, and the check in process was super quick! - Rooms are abit old and noisy during the midnight but it was acceptable. - They even helped to decorate for birthday, super grateful & memorable ❤️ good stay with this price, thank you will come back again for short stay!

The breakfast was amazing. The grounds are beautiful with pretty flowers and lots of cute cats, however, finding our room was tough. And the internet didn’t work. As well, the bathroom was not the cleanest. I had to walk to the front counter in a towel and pass a drunk guy who literally wanted to jump my bones, because in order to reach the front you must scan the QR code which is not possible without the internet access. Anyway, the front desk staff were great in going above and beyond to replace the kettle which didn’t work initially. They also hooked us up to the alternate internet that always works on the ground and that I believe the staff use. And the front desk person also got us the dental kit as this doesn’t automatically come with the room or at all. The agent secured us the dental kit that I assumed comes with a 200 + a night room because I asked and to compensate for all the things that were not up to par with the room. The sheets had some rips or rouging from wear and tear I noticed when I got under the covers. Overall, the breakfast the next morning made it all worth it. And yes it is really that good. You get the best Thai dishes, western dishes and more for breakfast unlimited and the chef is top tier. Do what you will with this information. And there were NO roaches or lizards, only a few ants near the kettle that didn’t work lol.

If you're going to Charlie, you need to understand that it consists of several very old buildings with small, rundown rooms located within the Princess Hotel. The Princess is an excellent and vibrant four-star hotel with a great territory, location, and beachfront breakfasts that compensate for the inconveniences of poor Charlie. But overall, you get what you pay for.

Great stay at Coco Bella hotel . The location is ideal if you enjoy nightlife and being close to the action, with plenty of restaurants, tours, massage places and activities within easy reach. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and quality. The pool area was also a highlight—very relaxing and well maintained. We stayed in a pool access room, which was fantastic and made the experience even better as we could step directly into the pool from our room. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great facilities and a lively, convenient location.

This place really blew our expectations. Comfortable beds, good amenities. Very clean. And most importantly Nona (the host) was the loveliest lady and made us feel so welcome as well as made us laugh.(her grandaughter also made an insane AGT audition)

I had a great time at Ibiza House on Phi Phi Island for four days. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help, which made me feel welcome right away. The rooms were clean, and the whole place had a nice, lively feel to it. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great place, the strongest plus is the staff, one young Myanmar gentleman runs the show, he’s amazing, extremely kind, generous, attentive, honest, and will help you as a new tourist to the island, great amazing service, no complaints.  Phenomenal customer service and great room at a great price, highly recommend, you will be highly satisfied, best customer service I’ve experienced ever and I’ve been to over 30 countries

I visit Koh Phi Phi very often, and this is one of the best and most value-for-money hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I once forgot my room key late at night, and they assisted me right away without any hesitation. The location is great—close to the viewpoint, with restaurants right in front and a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the alley. Highly recommended!

Pillows are so comfy amazing location only downside was there’s nobody carrying your stuff through town for you but for the sake of a 10 minute walk total to the pier I loved this hotel I will stay again when I’m back in phi phi
