Hotels in Loh Dalum Bay, Phi Phi Islands

To spend a day on Phi Phi Island, the staff who made the reservation were so friendly and the facilities were very clean as it was a newly built building. It was not 5-star in any way. The staff were especially friendly. It was a place I would 100% want to visit again. I highly recommend it to those traveling alone. It was the best value for money!!!!

They explained everything to me in English that was easy for Japanese people to understand. The reception and men's dorm were on the first floor, and the shared space and women's dorm were on the second floor. The only downsides were that the shower and bathroom were in the same building and you could hear music from a nearby bar until after 3am. But I'd definitely stay here again if I go to Phi Phi Island again.

Lovely hotel in centre of phi phi main shopping and entertainment area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only issue we had a family room with lots of noise from bars on street.

First of all , I love the hotel concept as heart , good location,free refill water whole stay. When I check in the staff inform me the hotel renovating from 8Am may disturb my stay but for me is okay to stay . But the room that I got is like the picture , while I open the room smell of mold ,well I understand renovating may be like this but , the twin beds show exactly different of the color , the bottle of handwashing shower gel or shampoo seem weird, the wall painting was pill . I wish and hope it will not happen like this with any of the customer who spent the money for the hotel .

The location was pretty decent - its very near the viewpoint, which makes it easy to travel there especially with the walk being quite steep, you save some time and energy. It is considered to be within the main area of Phi Phi island, making it accessible to many shops and F&B. It being a 1-star hotel, expectations must also be adjusted accordingly. Cleanliness was not bad, no random stains or hair on the bed and the bed was nicely done up during our visit. Would like if they offered daily cleaning service but the cleaning service can be requested for every 2 nights stay which is still fair. Service was good, they offered us water upon arrival and when we left. There is also a push trolley service where they can send your bags to the ferries area for 50Baht which is pretty OK considering it is a 1-star hotel. Facilities wise, wish that they had hot water, it had only cold water which is refreshing on a hot day but preferred if we had the option to adjust. Please also check if your room has air-con when booking. Ours didn't have it because I assumed the rooms would naturally have it but the room we booked didn't have it. The fan provided at the maximum speed, was not cooling enough for me. I felt like I still sweat a lot in the room which is not ideal.

The resort is very big and has multiple different pools and restaurants throughout. There are many activities to enjoy like paddle boarding and kayaking. You can also walk straight onto the beach from the resorts, the beds are comfy, and breakfast was great.

The hotel was great and suited us well for our stay. Only negatives for some would be that there o going construction late into the night sometimes which could be very noisy, as well as that it’s close to a beach club which you can hear from the room. The above didn’t bother us due to being out late most nights ourselves. Pool was great and we didn’t try the food at breakfast so couldn’t comment. Staff at the front desk were always extremely helpful and carried our bags to and from the pier on arrival and departure.

Close to the beach, has two pools. At the outdoor pool there is a party every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday that you can partially hear in the rooms. We were there at off season so it wasn't that loud. Getting info from the staff depends on who you are talking to. Overall a good experience

The check in and check out process was easy and smooth, we were charged 1000 baht for deposit. It took about 10 mins walk from the jetty to the hotel. They even have a private beach area which is not as crowded as the other areas in the island. The staff even helped to bring our luggage to the jetty as we had 4 hours to spare before our ferry departure, so we managed to stroll around the island without having to carry our luggage along with us. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The stay and the cleanliness of the room was great considering the cheap rate.

A nice clean comfortable room a little away from the main part of the island. Unfortunately this didn't help with the noise as there was a pretty consistent bass throughout the night until about 4 in the morning. There was a swimming pool and nice chilling area and for the price it's good value.
