Very happy with the hotel. Well-kept and beautiful territory, polite staff. The room was like new, all the furniture was fresh. Breakfasts were more than enough, there were fruits, greens, eggs, bacon, bakery products, plus always something from local food, yogurts, cereals. The location is wonderful, everything is nearby, practically the center of Mui Ne. The beach is gorgeous, there was no garbage, there were enough sun loungers for everyone

Why is the swimming pool open for a short time and closed at 18:00 in the evening?

We rested at Sea Horse from March 24 to April 4, 2024. I liked the hotel. Friendly staff, ready to provide any assistance. From opening a slammed door to catching a gecko. We checked into a well-located room, where there was always shade on the balcony and we could wait out the heat. Rooms are cleaned every day with all towels changed. It was nice to see flowers on the bed. Very nice. Breakfast is varied and you can find dishes for every taste. There are local dishes, you can try rice delicacies with different sauces. So are familiar dishes, for example, potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon. The territory is simply a blooming garden, which is constantly looked after. A river with fish is a special delight. The fish were fed directly from the balcony. The geckos and insects found in the room were not very pleasant surprises. A lot of small ants. There were even ants in one of the lunch boxes that we packed for the trip. The beach near the hotel leaves much to be desired. There is a lot of garbage both on the shore and in the sea.

It’s a resort right in front of the beach. The sea view was also nice.

Very nice hotel

We wanted to travel to Vietnam on January but we couldn´t get my husband´s visa on time. We had a reservation in this hotel for 4 days but we couldn´t get there on time because of the visa problem. We sent them several emails in advance letting them know about our visa situation so they could change the reservation for us. They charged us 2 extras $ for the waiting but never hold the reservation. At the end we couldn´t travel on January because we didn´t get the visa and they didn´t want to help us and hold our reservation even knowing that we payed the full amount of the reservation plus 2 times extras for the waiting. Terrible experience, this is not the right way to make business. I would never visit this hotel in my life, terrible experience.

This resort is not deserved with 4 stars standar while most of rooms are very old and look bad. Sub fee for dinner buffet is high (500k vnd/pax - not include drink) which supplied some kind of seafoods and we need to pay more for drinks. Total review: 1. Facilities: Old and look bad (room, bathroom, bancony...), weak wifi signal and most of power sockets could not use 2. Food: Dinner buffet is bad while breakfast is better. High price for dinner and drinks (sub fee - not include in room price) 3. Service: acceptable 4. Location: Beautiful beach and have outside swimming pool Total points: 2/5

Amazing place next to the beach. Amazing facilities and very efficient and nice service personnel. Like other resorts it is designed like a little village but tje good of this one is the beautiful gardens and the architecture. To remark the good restaurant and the swimming pool. Rooms comfortable, big and clean. So... Recommended

It's difficult to make a choice among the 200 hotels in the very touristy resort of Mui Ne and it's the quality/price ratio that guides us. The reception staff are not very welcoming unlike all the other employees who combine smiles and discretion. The buildings and bungalows are spread out in a very pretty tropical park with very well-maintained ponds, leading to a beautiful swimming pool and the beach. We stayed in bungalow 803; it is spacious, clean, equipped with an air conditioner, fan, minibar, the bedding is very large and comfortable, with a mosquito net, a terrace with 2 chairs and 2 deck chairs. Surprising, the absence of bedside tables and switches located far from the bed. The bathroom with walk-in shower would be good without major drainage problems. The morning buffet is average with reheated coffee and industrial fruit juice. But the holding of 3 events on Saturday evening, including that of a golf club whose guests made noise until midnight, preventing us from sleeping, constitutes a real inconvenience.

I'll start with the advantages of this hotel: - the hotel area is all surrounded by greenery, there are places to hide from the sun, hammocks, gazebos - everything is fine with that! - the pool and the beach are also at the same level, everything is clean, neat, the beach is big enough! - the rooms, although not new, are clean and comfortable. Our room looked out onto the hotel grounds, birds were singing in the morning, there was shade, everything was fine! - the hotel is not located in the center of Mui Ne, but not on the outskirts either! Everything is within walking distance, and by bike everything is so close! Now the disadvantages of the hotel: - breakfast for 3 minus! I don’t know who wrote there that the breakfasts are super, not repeated, etc. Everything was different with us! The entire kitchen is tailored for the Chinese and Vietnamese, for Europeans I can literally list on my fingers what you can eat for breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages (for the hell of it, ours are much tastier), one or two salads, I mean lettuce leaves and wheat germ or some other grains, bread and butter, cereal and fruit! This is all!!! Absolutely meager to say the least!!! And so every day! For children it’s such a sad thing in general, there will be nothing to feed them! - WiFi on the hotel premises has not yet worked anywhere, it will last, but in the rooms there are generally one or two bars and the speed is a snail’s! Given that there were 20-30 of us in the hotel, I can’t imagine if there was full occupancy, then there would definitely be no Internet! Big minus, in the evening you can’t watch a movie or anything else! A local SIM card with 5 GB for a day helps, but we killed all our traffic in a week, we didn’t refill it, although we should have) it was boring in the evenings! There is no animation in the hotel, a seal holiday and, as it seems to me, a pensioner format 😁 just my format))) To summarize: the hotel is 4 stars, as for me, 3 s + but not 4 for sure! I won’t come here a second time, but you can stop by for once! ...p.s. With my bad back, the mattresses were very comfortable, I slept well!

Beautiful establishment, spacious rooms, charming and professional staff. Quality restaurant available at any time. Magnificent garden and sea view from the swimming pool, a lovely place to unwind. During our stay we were almost the only guests, a plus to enjoy the tranquility of the site.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of April - beginning of May 2023. I liked everything very much. But there was one BUT... we were accommodated in a room with access to a very scary and peeling wall... there were 5 of us, my husband, me and three children. We immediately said that we would not check into this room, but they could not offer us another room due to the fact that the Victory Day holiday (April 30) and the May 1 holiday were expected... the entire hotel was booked and they could not offer us anything.... We spent about three hours solving this issue, calling the guide, the travel agent... we were very tired from the trip... Somehow they gave us two rooms (double) connected by a door. So, when booking, be sure to find out where the windows and balcony of your room face…. But overall I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, the sea is gorgeous, the waves were always there, quieter in the morning and bigger in the evening, but we really liked it. First time in Vietnam. Burnt in an hour) we ate mainly at Panda and Mamam Lan. We recommend) I forgot to write, our vacation fell on the holidays, a lot of people checked into our hotel🙈 the pool was full of people)) it was difficult to find a place for breakfast...

Beautifully located hotel complex on a very large/wide beach. Bungalows and hotel rooms available, clean, well equipped, good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff, large pool - we really liked it! Recommended! At the weekend, lots of locals come and have barbecue parties with campfires on the beach.

Побывал в Sea Horse в августе 2024. Это время считается межсезоньем и временем дождей и по прогнозам показывало так же - пасмурно и дожди. По факту - все время солнце, температура +30 +32. Один день был пасмурный и дождь минут 10 утром. И ночью видели грозу далеко в море. Может быть из за межсезонья отель был пустой. Человек 20 наверно. На завтраке - пусто, на пляже - пусто, у бассейна - человек 10. Про отель. Территория большая и вся в зелени. Есть прудик где плавают красные окуньки. " корпуса с номерами (один действительно граничит с соседним отелем и окна там смотрят в стену) и бунгало раскиданные по всей территории. Мы жили с видом на море. От двери домика до бассейна - шагов 20, до пляжа - метров 100 идти) Убирали каждый день , полотенца так же меняли ежедневно. Заселили быстро, паспорта забрали, при выезде отдали. Воду добавляют каждый день , 2 бутылик бесплатные , остальные за деньги. В номере - кондюк, потолочный вентилятор,мини холодильник с морозилкой, сейф, фен, тапочки, халаты. Ванная просторная. Свет только тускловатый везде был. Телек с одними местными каналами. Живность кстати в номер не приходила. Рядом бегали ящерки мелкие. Бассейн один, небольшой, в нем есть зона лягушатника и зона с джакузи. Рядом с ним - пляжный бар. , мусор можно встретить. Море - чистое, вечером могут быть волны, утром днем - тихое спокойное, стоячая вода практически. Развлекух в отеле нет. Нету мини диско, просто диско, аниматоров и тд. Может потому что не сезон? На пляже по углам - гидроциклы, каяки и все. Минусы это или плюсы - решать вам. Если нужно безудержное веселье - не сюда. Если за релаксом, слушать тихую музыку ( да такая звучит фоном у бассейна) - то вы по адресу. Завтраки вполне нормальные. Тут писали что скудные - не соглашусь. Омлет, яйца, салаты, каши двух видов, обязательно что то из горячего (менялось каждый день) - свинина, говядина, курица. Сосиски. Фрукты. Хлопья трех видов .Да не пяти , ну так вы и не в турецком комплексе 5 звезд, учитывайте. Через дорогу от отеля - аптеки, пара универмагов, кафе. Постоянно ели в кафе Панда - по виду столовая но готовят вкусно, хозяйка всегда там, по русски говорит. Бар Мохито - тоже хороший. В разрекламированный мистер крабс доехали , ужаснулись и уехали. Если вам нужен шалман с длинными грязными столами за которыми по 5 местных семей громких сидят - велком туда. И дети их бегают с едой в руках. Деньги меняли прям в отеле, ради 10 донгов куда то идти было лень. Принимающая сторона - партнеры библио глобуса - вот просто молодцы! Добавляют вас в группу в телеграмме и постоянно на свзяи с вами. Там вся инфа по экскурсиям, кафешкам, спа-салонам, аптекам-дискотекам и тд. Гиды всегда на связи - очень удобно! В целом - отель хороший, тихий с зеленой территорией , песчаным пляжем
