Beautiful interior, love the ambiance of lobby lounge and Al Iwan restaurant, food is delicious! Excellent location, just opposite Petra Visitor Centre, ATM can be found next to the Centre and only charge a small fee compared to ATM at airport. Unfortunately, not every superior room comes with a balcony therefore i don’t see what’s the difference compared to classic category. And AC/heater in room smell like kitchen, not sure because our room was just above the back kitchen. After all, it’s a mixed feeling about the hotel.

Centrally located hotel, can literally walk to the visitors centre.

Hotel right opposite the entrance to Petra. Rooms, especially bathrooms are a bit dated. Swimming pool was shut during my visit and breakfast was not good! Lots of it but quality of food was awful.

Excellent location, just opposite the Petra visitors’ center. The hotel has great design in common areas and rooms, and nice beds and amenities. Pretty pricey for what it offers, since we also had lunch and dinner there. The downside of this hotel was the fact that there were flies everywhere, especially on the food stations during breakfast - which had a lot of variety-, and nobody could care less

best in Petra, no doubt

The location is excellent. Just across the road is the entrance to Petra. The breakfast is rich and there are many restaurants near the hotel. The service staff are very friendly and there are many guests staying

A very exquisite and beautiful Arabic-style hotel with a rich breakfast and many restaurant options in the hotel, but the price is slightly higher. Be sure to try the hotel's ice cream! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The most important thing is that it is right at the entrance of Petra Scenic Area, which is very convenient.

The guy at the front desk was very, very kind and gave me a lot of help. Even after I checked out the next day, he still reminded me that after visiting Petra, I could go back and rinse and tell me that this is your hotel. I was so touched that my English is not good enough. It was really good. I want to express my gratitude to him. The breakfast standard was also very high and there was a manager who was constantly on the lookout to maintain high quality food standards.

The impression of this brand is that it is a Swiss ice cream brand and also has the same brand of tea. The hotel is also good. The key card is quite interesting, made of wood. There are souvenir shops, ice cream shops, etc. on the first floor. Health: relatively clean. Environment: It is really close to Petra, just across the road. There is a lot of food and drink in the surrounding area, including supermarkets, foreign currency exchange and other supporting facilities. Chenge is more affordable than a hotel. Convenient parking is important to me. Service: There are all handsome Jordanian guys at the front desk, with considerate service and detailed explanations. There is also chocolate time in the afternoon. Although the food is simple, it is warm. There are many kinds of breakfast, the egg dumplings are good, but there is no ice cream of the same brand as Mövenpick. The welcome dessert is chocolate, served in a shovel, which is interesting. There is one detail that needs to be improved, the conditioner is no longer available, but I didn't find it even after cleaning the room for two days.

Nothing special to say... very average, no choice, no reliable hotels there

The location is very good, just at the entrance of Petra. The hotel is elegant and distinctive, with mature management. The breakfast is good. There are many kinds of ingredients and fresh ingredients. When Ctrip has promotions, the accommodation price with dinner buffet is very suitable.

I arrived early and said that I need to wait for about an hour to check in, but I can check in early if I am in a hurry to spend money. I refused. Then when I checked in, I asked to arrange a slightly quieter house because I had children, and we were given a room by the roadside! A male waiter at the front desk spoke a lot and quickly, for fear that others would not know that he was good at English. When we finally left, the car we rented was stuck in the innermost part of the hotel, and we were responsible for driving to the front desk to ask someone to come down and move the car, but we didn't get down after waiting for half an hour! The talkative male receptionist is not efficient at all right now. In the end, we moved the car out under our own guidance. they are too inefficient
