Petaling Jaya Hotels with Airport pickup service

I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

It is our family's repeated stay in One World hotel over the past decade. This is the default choice whenever we come to KL. We are pleased with the service standard here, the breakfast selection, and we even received complimentary daily laundry service during our recent 5 nights stay. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you to the hotel staff for the great service and keep up the good work.

The front well welcome but the hotel don’t have staff to help guests to show room by telling the way so it hard for guests to find room myself, my recommend should have one staff go with guests to show room.  Note and thank,  YI Lang

Upon check-in, it was done smoothly, although the valet parking was not handled so well. The room was spacious and clean except the drainage was very poor—the water clogged the sink and the shower room. We were staying only for one night and didn't get a chance to go to the pool, gym, and rooftop lounge. We will come again for a couple of nights as we saw they had a lot of promotions on food in the restaurants. Would give it another try.

Hotel is strategic location plus connected with shopping mall. Easy to explore food and find entertainment at nights such as karaoke. Cleanliness of room and pool is tiptop. The only thing is interior wise tv room feels like living in the 90s. But overall is nice hotel to stay in for short vacay in town.

My stay here has been a relaxing one. Location, customer service and parking were very convenient. I was offered clean rooms with attentive staffs from reception to my 5 days stay at Dorsett Grand Subang. I will be back again.

Everything was nice. The bed was big and comfortable. Toilet was spacious and very clean. Room service was very prompt. Breakfast spread was amazing and delicious. Only drawback was that its almost the same varieties every day. By the 2nd day the excitement dies down.Infinity pool was nice but is very small but gym is good. Looking forward to the next stay. Reception is obvious leak of manpower. No interaction from reception when check in. Cleanliness is ok but qualities for room amenities need improve such as towels and boiling kettle. Seem not clean enough. Hotel location is depend your visit purpose. For me is fine and lots of restaurants in the same development project. View of room is good with nice view facing The curve. Room is spacious for the price offered.

Nice place to stay. The room is clean. Very convenient place to go around. Price is reasonable. Quiet and comfortable to sleep 😴 💤 Overall rate 8/10

friendly staffs, facilities are well maintained, high floor studio with unblocked view is nice, there are a lot good food and massage place nearby, downstair is a big mall, so you can get what you need without walking our from the building, highly recommend!
