Not in a central city location, but the mall connected to the hotel is fantastic and… huge! You can practically shop and eat anything you want just in this one mall. The hotel itself has great breakfast spread. The service is top notch. Most important of all, the room is clean and comfortable.

Good location near by Beacon Hospital Inside Hotel got many restoran Breakfast so many choice. Hotel Staffs so kindly. But have an employee who is rather impersonal. Maybe it's business.

Bestest hotel to stay in PJ. Stayed for 1 night and the room is so spacious & clean. Parking is provided & free once u validated at the counter. Deposit is RM100 either by cash or credit card. Got iron & iron board in the room (most important) Got electric kettle & small fridge too ! Water pressure at toilet super strong & have hot water. Always my 1st choice hotel whenever I need to come to PJ for work purpose.

This isn't my first stay here, but it's definitely a hotel I would choose again. The staff greets you warmly as soon as you step into the entrance. Check-in is quick, and the room is clean and well-kept. I had a room with a view of the pool, which my son absolutely loved. The breakfast was great, and the hotel's location is ideal—just a 5-minute walk to One Utama shopping mall.

I recently stayed at Dorset Hotel Subang Jaya and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding staff. On June 30, 2024, I realized that I had left my jewelry in the hotel room after checking out. In a panic, I called the hotel and spoke with Mr. Azam, the Guest Service Agent. His calming demeanor and willingness to help immediately put me at ease. Within minutes, Mr. Azam, along with Ms. Saherah, the Senior Security Officer, assured me that they were on it. Their thorough check revealed that Ms. Shanti, the diligent Housekeeping Maid, had found my jewelry and promptly reported it to her manager, Mr. Tarmizee, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The swift and professional actions didn’t stop there. Ms. Shanti and Mr. Tarmizee handed over the jewelry to Mr. Zairul Azli, the Assistant Safety & Security Manager, for verification. To ensure the highest level of security, Mr. Zairul reviewed the CCTV footage to confirm that no one else had entered the room after I checked out. This meticulous attention to detail and the seamless coordination among the staff members were truly remarkable. Their honesty, efficiency, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Azam, Ms. Saherah, Ms. Shanti, Mr. Tarmizee, and Mr. Zairul Azli for their exceptional service and assistance. Location nearby shopping mall, convenient to hang out and shopping. The room cleanliness is good and spacious as well. Last minute booking and request for simple decoration for anniversary, they fulfill the request. Thank you. 🥰

Rating: 5/5 I recently celebrated my husband's birthday at Sheraton PJ, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The reception staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room beautifully decorated for the occasion, complete with a delicious cake—a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel valued as guests. Throughout our three-day stay, the room service exceeded our expectations, with each meal being not only tasty but also delivered promptly. While the pool was a bit on the smaller side, it was still a refreshing spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options to suit every palate, and the quality of the food was excellent. Most importantly, the hotel staff's politeness and attentiveness truly stood out, making our celebration even more memorable. Overall, our experience at Sheraton PJ was nothing short of exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Was at this hotel for business trip for 2 nights and my review as follows: 1) Location: It is in the neighbourhood of Bandar Sri Damansara, not that difficult to locate using waze but the surrounding of the hotel is currently construction of the new MRT line. Having said that, despite the on-going constructions, roads remain clear and easy to drive. There is also proper indoor basement parking (few levels) and thankfully the parking are not tight. It was easy to turn and park. Not too far from the hotel, there is two huge coffee shop selling various hawker food and there is also a stretch of halal warung (within 1km drive). Grab food and food panda delivery service are also available and quite a lot of choices too. So, overall, i think the location is ok for this hotel. 2) Lobby and Check in Lobby is nice with high ceiling. Check in was fast and being a weekday, there was no queue at all. I like the fact they placed two containers of plain water and mango juice at the lobby. Guests can help themselves with those drinks whenever at lobby. Just some suggestion, maybe the hotel can put in few slices of lemon to the plain water container. This will look more classy in my opinion. 3) Room 1305 (Suite Room) Being Accorshotel member, I was upgraded to the Suite Room. It was spacious with living room. The mattress and pillows are very comfy especially with a layer of mattress topper. Bathroom is the usual Ibis concept. It was modern and nice with rainshower. Maybe my only comment is the frosted glass isnt really frosted as one can still see the shadow of the person inside very clearly. It may be akward if you are staying with a colleague. I suggest the hotel to put another layer of frosting for all twin rooms (as these rooms are usually for travellers who arent couple/business colleagues). Anyway, I did have a good sleep at this hotel. So the room are value for money. 4) Wifi Wifi is free and easy to connect. Speed is ok and consistent. 5) Buffet Breakfast Surprisingly for Ibis standard, the buffet breakfast is quite good. There are a lot of selections daily such as Nasi Lemak, noodles, chee cheong fun, porridge, cereals, salads, fruits, bread & pastries, western option like baked beans, sausages, samosa, dim sum, hash browns etc. They also offers egg station services. They also have coffee machine with selections including latte & cappucino. Quite impressive. For improvement, I think the noodle soup corner should be replaced with something else as it was not a popular choice or maybe the noodles are just not presented properly. I think just replaced it with mushroom soup would be better. The juices also are not chilled enough on my 2 times breakfast at the restaurant. I strongly suggest to put in few slices of lemon into the plain water container - it will be refreshing but most importantly, the drinks/juices should be chilled properly. If not, it wont taste good. Overall, having stayed at Ibis cheras, Ibis KLCC and Ibis Fraser Park

This is our second time staying at Ascot Somerset. Extremely convenient to commute around and plenty of good food across the road especially the Hokkien Mee at the end to the right. The roast duck at the same stall is definitely not to be missed with its tender and juicy meat. I bought one full duck for myr78 to bring home to Spore to share with the family. Highly recommended.
