"This hotel is perfectly located right in the ancient town, surrounded by delicious local food options just steps away. It’s within walking distance to the Dujiangyan Scenic Area, and getting a taxi to other attractions is very convenient. The hotel itself is new. What stood out the most was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and always ready to help whenever we had any issues. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for travelers who want a great mix of convenience, comfort, and excellent service!"

"Great location easy to get to the main sites in Chengdu! Also easy for Didi pick up and drop off. Lots of breakfast options right outside the hotel and across the street from Kuanzhai Alley. Front desk service was nice and help to answer questions about sending packages and storing luggage."

"The room is large and quiet. The front desk also upgraded the parent-child king-size bed room for free. It has a 1.8-meter bed and a 1.2-meter bed, which is very good. The sanitation is also very good, the toilet, sink and shower are all separate, very convenient? ."

"This stay exceeded expectations! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff welcomed us warmly. The room is clean and tidy, and the layout is warm and comfortable. When I asked the staff about the bedding, I was told that the mattress is from the United States, Serta, which is soft and fluffy, and conforms to ergonomics. Lying on it instantly relieves the fatigue of the journey. The bathroom equipment is brand new and intelligent, and the toiletries are high-quality scented ones, giving you a great experience. The hotel's buffet breakfast is even more of a surprise, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western food, and the freshly made rice noodles and noodles are very delicious. The breakfast restaurant is also on the top floor, and the view is very good. The coffee machine in the lobby has a lot of small ingredients that can be used to mix drinks of different flavors. Both the service details and the hardware facilities are impeccable, with a very high cost performance ratio. I highly recommend it to everyone! New hotel with great value for money!"

"Blue Tears is literally just downstairs, and it is convenient to go to the scenic area. The room is clean and spacious with good pressure shower. However, there is a lack of heating in the room and it was freezing cold in the room during Dec. The hotel was also kind enough to arrange an electric scooter to fetch my mum who had trouble walking from the carpark to hotel! Soundproofing wasn't good as you can hear noises from the corridor. Will recommend to stay here again if the prices were more competitive. Breakfast was just ok, limited selections, not worth paying extra."

"Love this boutique homestay! Best location! I booked a room with mountain view, and it also oversees the iconic panda taking a selfie. Before i reached, the staff gave me a call to check what time i will be reaching and they offer to pick me from the ground floor when i reached. Room was spacious and clean. They provide some canned drinks in the room and daily fruits which is free. They also provided packet breakfast for us as we need to leave early the next day to travel to Shenshuping panda base and could not take their breakfast in their dining area during their normal breakfast hour. Its also walking distance from the tourist attraction and the Li Dui Park station is just besides the hotel. Very conveniently located. However i do wish their toilet seat has got warm cover and the lighting in the toilet to be more bright so i can see my make up better 🤣. Overall its a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again!"

"It is a cute hotel with a really awesome fruit platter that they present to you when you arrive! It has an abundance of fruit and different options, including longyan (longans!) The hotel is a bit hard to find--the Didi drivers usually get routed kind of to the parking entrance but I would just enter the little town directly from the front gate, not the parking garage. If you arrive during daytime hours, the general manager (she has short hair and wears a blue suit and glasses) will help you out because she is standing at a little kiosk at the front to welcome and greet guests. She is fantastic and one of the highlights of my entire stay. She was everywhere whenever I needed her. For example, she was there when I arrived, looking lost because I couldn't find the hotel and was a little confused on how to get inside (you might see this mural/hanging poster sort of situation and the lobby entrance is basically to the left of that). She was there in the morning when I was getting breakfast and was unfamiliar with some of the menu items. She was there when I was leaving and helped receive my kuaidi (courier) delivery too and pass it to me! She even reminded me of the benefits I have as a guest at the hotel (that I had actually forgotten about), like the afternoon tea experience that is included in the price of my stay. Even though I didn't use it immediately on arrival, she helped arrange it so I could use it the day I checked out and was leaving, so I got to enjoy some nice buckwheat tea and cookies after my hike and before my long train ride to my next destination! She really cares about the comfort of her guests and everything that's going on at the hotel. Overall, a very relaxing stay and I appreciate my experience there. Also, finally, the toiletries are amazing. They are bergamot-scented and actually very high quality. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels and these are by far the best toiletries I've ever used. The conditioner in particular is especially good and really moisturizes your hair."

"The location is good but quiet, parking is worry-free, close to the entrance of Dujiangyan Scenic Area and the ancient city, surrounded by restaurants, hotel facilities and services are quite good, and they can store and retrieve the Chinese medicine I bring every day, which is pretty good. Quite reassuring."

"Overall great service and good location. Rooms are a bit dated so we had to switch rooms once as the first one has mould. However, the staffs are friendly and the location is good. Shout out to the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel. Food is top notch and we went twice over the stay . The complementary hot spring is also quite nice. Great selection of pools ( think around 8?). We went twice and the first time was quite crowded. The second time for some reason is empty so we enjoy the quiet time."
