Rydges Perth Kings Square an EVT hotel Reviews

Required a deposit in cash as my credit card was not working (Due to scammers) and I had to walk 3 km to withdraw cash for the deposit. This was very inconvenient given I was tried from taking a red eye flight and just wanted to sleep, That being said the room and bed was good and it was nice and quiet.

Location is good and room is spacious. However the bathroom layout is abit weird

Great location, very clean and modern rooms, with very comfortable beds. Very close walk to Murray Street Mall which has everything you'd possibly need. Close to Perth station/Perth Underground as well.

The hotel was in a nice location however the room was not a good set up. One of the beds was right next to the bathroom / toilet door which was annoying for the person sleeping in that bed. The sheet on one of the beds had some marks on it. For a two person stay (two beds) we were only given one towel each, I would have expected two towels each for a 4 star rated property. There was a cupboard in our room that was left unlocked and inside was the hot water system, very unprofessional that the cupboard was unlocked and we could see / access it. Also we had to turn the aircon system off as it made such a loud noise that it was impossible to sleep with it turned on. It's an average hotel at best and I expected a lot better for a well known brand that claims it is a 4 star hotel chain.

The hotel was amazing for the price at that time. Very clean, courteous staff and spacious. The location was spot on too with the hotel being bang on the middle of the city.

No parking, have to go and park in public parking.no pool . No breakfast which we had paid for prior to our stay. Reason, chef was away sick. They were offering cereal and toast.

4 night stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great bed and bedding. Reception area unwelcoming atmosphere and layout and reception staff need to be a a little more welcoming, smiles are free. But that is starting to feel like a Perth thing. Not just Rydges. Maybe reception staff consider themselves slightly superior. Room service on the other hand had a lovely demeanour and work ethic.

A very quaint and friendly place to stay in. It was centrally located. Step out of the hotel, and you have countless options for cafes and eateries. The train stations are a short walk away. The bus stops are around the corner. 5 minutes away is a factory outlet mall. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. If we come back to Perth, we will definitely be staying here.

It was alternative hotel so booked for 2 nights urgently. due to lack of elevator and under maintenance, I had to climb stairs till 10th floor. Staff was kind and helpful and took a rest fully.

checked in and out was smooth, the receptionist was a little unfriendly but got things done. less than 10 mins walk to the train, the room was decent size and comfortable.

Good Location, close to supermarket and train station. Seems no fork in the room

Great for families. Has connecting room and is very spacious. Clean. Love the location and service staff are very nice. On my first day, I arrived very early in the morning as I had a overnight flight. Staff let us rest in the lounge, really appreciated it as we had a toddler with us. Thank you so much!
