What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful, many thanks to Nok. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.

Great new hotel. Just sad that they misplaced my luggage. I checked in and didn’t get to my room telling them to bring my luggage up while I go out and came back at 2am to not see my luggage in my room. Night staff couldn’t do anything much about it. Overall really good hotel but staff need to look at the bag tag carefully not to misplaced it otherwise customer like myself has to sleep with face full of makeup and nothing else to wear. It’s crazy. Almost ruined my whole vibe. I only get my luggage back at 12:35pm the next day it was in my friends room and they didn’t get back to the hotel because they were in strip club… sad

Prefer location which just next to T21 shopping mall. Room are big and swimming pool is very good for children. Just a bit small for swimming. Breakfast is good.

Hotel is beautiful overall but rooms are dated. Great service from staff, housekeeping is also good and helpful. Walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and many food and massage options in the area. Highly recommend massage at Ginn or Kinn massage, about 15 minutes walk away.

Whether it was the fun water features or the ample lounging space for adults, there was something for everyone. Rooms Our room was newly renovated, and it showed. Everything was spotless, modern, and designed for comfort. The tidy and fresh ambiance made us feel right at home. Family-Friendly Atmosphere This hotel is a paradise for families. There were plenty of kids around, making it easy for our children to make new friends. The family-friendly vibe was evident everywhere, from the kid-oriented activities to the staff’s attentiveness. Overall We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and quality time together. It truly offered the perfect blend of luxury and fun. This hotel is one of my all-time favorites. It offers great value for the price, the staff is very friendly, the pool and hotel atmosphere are relaxing, and the location to the beach is very close. If you’re lucky, you get a great view. If not, it’s still not too bad. The rooms are bright, and the beds are comfortable. There is no wardrobe, but not everyone needs that.

The place was a good stay, Pratmanac is a great area of Pattaya. The unique Regency is walking distance from the beach. The rooms are nice and clean, perfectly adequate. The fitness room is poor, minimal equipment; and in hindsight I wouldn’t have opted for the breakfast, plenty of much better options for breakfast just down the road.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is a bit small for me and with no good view. Hotel is not in the center of the city, but it is walkable to the terminal 21 (about 20-30 minutes walk) and Lotus supermarket (about 20 minutes walk) depends on how fast one walk. It may take you 45 mins to the Pattaya beach. Baht bus is not easy to catch. Most likely one will need to call ”bolt” for transportation. Hotel is pretty and has a small restaurant for breakfast buffet. The swimming pool is not too impressive me. Overall if one do not need a hotel where is close to pattaya beach, it is a nice hotel to stay.
