Ok budget solution, for one night stay. Room is ok, but view not something to remember. Room was not prepared with large bed as requested and there was a problem with some insects inside. Staff was professional and helpful to remedy fast.

overall everything’s great for me. The location is good. We stayed for 2 days. Room was clean, and they also cleaned the room and change towel when we went outside, but we only got 1 keycard. I also expected could get a toothbrush but didn't, but that's okay, plenty of 7-11s to buy. One thing I took into consideration was that the bathroom glass was a bit transparent, luckily I was with my family, really weird if we had to stay with friends 🫣

The room is very clean and the colors are stylish. It's a comfortable room. × The breakfast quality is terrible. There are few varieties and the quality of the food is below 3 stars. This is the first time I've had such a bad hotel breakfast. × The reception is also of low standard. Not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. They give little explanation and ignore the people waiting. No smiles. The massage receptionist asked me loudly what my name was and my voice echoed through the hall. It was like a Thai market tout. Not a 5-star hotel.

We were incredibly lucky to stay at this hotel for 8 days, and we had a fantastic overall experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk staff spoke both English and Chinese, which made our trip much smoother. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the pool was also very clean. I have to say, for its price point, this hotel offers incredible value for money. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the walking street, the beach, and popular trendy bars. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel’s location and facilities are very good — clean, comfortable, and convenient. However, the staff’s attitude seriously damaged our overall impression. When we returned to the hotel at night and requested an extra pillow from the night front desk staff named Puke, her response was extremely rude and unwelcoming. In fact, during our entire stay, not a single staff member smiled or offered a warm greeting. As a hotelier myself, I know how important staff behavior is in shaping a guest’s decision to return. Even with a great property, such poor service will drive guests away — and for us, it certainly means we will not be coming back. This is not just a guest relations issue; it’s a serious concern for the management and owners, as it will directly impact reputation and revenue.

The experience was amazing—the scenery is beautiful, the building surrounded by pools, daily cleaning, free gym and sauna, fridge, washer, small kitchen, 7-11 and coffee shops nearby. The landlord is responsive and recommended good restaurants. Location is convenient—taxi rides to shopping street/beach are 90 baht. Brand new and spotless, even got a free cleaning during my 5-day stay. Unbeatable value in Pattaya, will definitely come back!

The ******* mother provided excellent service. She was very lovely, polite, and humble. She took very good care of us. I really liked it.

Our stay was okay, but there were several concerns. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, needs improvement—there were visible stains. We were also assigned to a separate building that felt less secure, with open access to anyone, unlike the main building where the reception is located. Additionally, there was a loud argument between guests just outside our room, which disrupted our stay. Better security, soundproofing, and cleanliness would really help improve the experience.

I didn't expect that Grand Day Night Hotel is a nice hotel because the price is not expensive. The room is clean as well as the bed and bedding. Toiletries are provided except soap . There is no early check-in. Some Front desk officers are nice some are not . They were not able to book a ride for me. I asked them 3x but they just tolde to get a ride outside

Especially good, the community environment here is good, the swimming pool is downstairs, the taxi is also very convenient, and there is access control here, very safe. The facilities inside are very new, there is a microwave oven and a stove to cook.
