Happy Viking Hotel offers a nice large and clean room for a good price. I enjoyed my week long stay right across Jomtien Beach. A great location, no need to say more about that. The hotel offers a nice restaurant with live music nightly. My only issue is there seems to be no front desk or lobby, it is a bit confusing to know where to check in and ask for help when needed. Overall it is a great place to stay in Jomtein.

It was convenient for meals and transportation, and the room I stayed in was spacious and had a great view.

The location of the hotel is excellent, first line, cross the road to the beach. Sunbeds are always free, take towels on the way out and go. We did not take breakfast, so we can not say anything about the buffet. In the room there is a safe, shower, toilet, sink, TV, refrigerator, kettle. Cleaning is done when you hang a hanger on the handle. For some reason only two bath towels. Often there was no water, and this is the biggest minus. You come from the sea to wash and there is no water. After complaints about no water, they began to turn off less often. Unpleasant impression. The balcony was never vacuumed the whole time. But in principle, it is normal to stay for a day or two. If longer, then choose another hotel.

It's a wonderful location facing the sea. Unfortunately, the road along the coast in front of the hotel was under construction, and the area in front of the hotel was in a temporary state of construction, so it was unfortunate that we couldn't see the coast or go directly to it, but we could see the sea from our room on the second floor. (The photo shows the view from the balcony of the room.) The room was comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living room (there was a window inside so you could see the sea). The restaurant and bar on the first floor is open until late, so you can have fun. You can hear live music from the restaurant on the first floor from the rooms, which is nice on a holiday night at the resort. You can also enjoy a wide variety of breakfast menus.

The beer garden on the first floor is very well-equipped and fun. There is construction going on right in front of the building, but once that is finished and the ventilation is cleared, I think it will be a great location and a great place. I would like to come again.

The service attitude is very bad, the hotel facilities are very old, two breakfasts, only one is given, and the other was made up after colluding with Ctrip. The facilities are outdated. I booked a deluxe room with two breakfasts, but only provided breakfast coupons for one person. Later, it was said that no matter how many people live, it is a voucher. After several hours of negotiation on the platform, the matter was resolved at night.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. For less than 700 baht, it had it all : fridge, aircon, portable electric fan, kettle, safebox, balcony. Bathroom was basic but clean and spacious. A huge TV was there too. A fantastic bar downstairs

Visited many times and while it is a great location I leave the bar angry every time because of the noise of the bar staff shouting loud to each other from 3/5 meters a part. It does my ears and head in. Two other customers commented on it today so I am not alone on this matter
