Nice spot located. A mall just beside with connecting walkway directly to the mall. Water pressure especially hot n cold water is something for improvement. Water tends to be hot n cold during usage n water pressure was low.

The service is nice and room is spacious. The best thing, is we got a complimentary room upgrade! We will definetely book again 🙂

The price is very centralized. There’s a gigantic mall right behind the hotel. There’s a lot of food inside the mall. The place is very good to stay if you want to walk to everywhere the only bad thing about the place is if you travel back during big hours the traffic the traffic is very, very busy.

Second time I booked this hotel, first time really satisfied. This time big disappointment and annoying service at arrival. I arrived at 03 in the morning, a group of around 10 people in front of me, ok can happen, but maybe train a member of the concierge staff to do simple check in. At that time, 1/2 hour waiting is not optimal. But the annoying part started when they provided me with two singel beds, while I booked king bed. Oh yes I should have read the small letters. The man said, last room for you. Oke, when I arrived in my room, it was so dirty, smelly old sheets and towels, like it was last of everything, and such an contradiction compared to last visit. In the morning I went down and the moved me to another room, it was the same as my last visit, that one all good. When asked they said, both rooms qualify the same standard!? The difference is so huge. When I initially booked I knew that there was no availability on one specific day, so I asked to be put on the waiting list. On the day of check out, I asked them again if there was any cancellation so I could extent my stay, Oh yes sir you can, you can book online! Can you not book it, yes I can, (why you wont offer this!?), price is x, I explained that is twice the price I paid through a booking site, she replied, you can try that. So I did, but following all booking sites it was sold out, I informed her, she replied I cannot do anything about it. I understand that bookingsites are cheaper most of the time, but twice doesn't seem correct. Also for an International Chain as the IHG, probably every hotel, this is bad services. I like the ambience and service.Malapit sa maraming kainan. I had an issue with my payment where the front desk database says that my room is still unpaid when it already is but was sorted out by Trip.com and Holiday Inn staff. Will difinitely book again

Disappointing Experience Despite Renovation Claims The actual room did not match the images shown online. Although the hotel claims to be recently renovated, the decor still felt dated. We checked into Room 2009, but the air conditioning was malfunctioning. While the front desk promptly sent engineers to fix it, there was no improvement even after an hour. I called again to follow up and was told that engineers would return, but they never did. Eventually, I requested a room change. The hotline staff mentioned that the duty manager’s approval was needed and that we would receive a call back. After waiting for 30 minutes without any update, we decided to head out for dinner. When we stopped by the reception at 8 PM to follow up, we were told the duty manager was still on break. We waited until 8:15 PM with no update and called again—only then were we told they were still trying to find us a room. Our request was finally confirmed after another 10 minutes, and we appreciated the upgrade to Room 1413, which had two queen beds. Unfortunately, the new room had a clogged bathtub drain, which required another visit from the engineers before we could finally rest for the night. What could have been better: I understand the initial attempt to fix the aircon, but a room change should have been offered when it was clear the issue wasn't resolved. The only reason we got a new room was because we kept following up. The staff’s reaction time throughout our stay was disappointing. Timelier communication and a more proactive approach would have made a significant difference.

food was great and room clean however service could be further improved had to wait to for a long queu just to refresh my key as there was only one personnel at the front desk and was late in my zoom meeting

Super friendly staffs... very accommodating from parking assistant to front desk to their chamber maids and assistants. The location is so good too and have easy access to Robinson's Galleria. The bed are super comfy, plus I really love their shampoo, conditioner, lotion and their Body wash. Definitely will go back here soon. 😊

Great location. Good amenities and the fact that it has an entrance going to the mall. I like the breakfast buffet so much. My daughter loves it too. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel

Booked a 2 queen bed on high floor room and was much more than expected. The service was amazing and fast, it was always one call away whenever needed. For a 2 night stay it was surely amazing!
