Our stay was nice overall, but the streets outside were a bit rough. The lift wasn’t working, though the staff were very helpful and carried our luggage upstairs. They were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were okay although we did spot a lizard when we first arrived. The stairs felt a bit unsafe, and I almost slipped near the top. I wouldn’t recommend this place for children under 5, as the stairs could be dangerous, and there are gaps at the top where little ones could potentially fall. Unfortunately, the tap was extremely dirty, so dirty it made us not even want to stay and the shower water was slimy.
I was here for 2 nights for my oath taking. I didn't expect much because of the price but omg It was so nice here. The staff were so kind, the free breakfast was pretty heavy, the space is really good for 2 people. Everything was functional and even the hot shower ran even at 3am in the morning. The room is small so at night its very cozy. I could sleep there all day. They had glasswares, a tv, even a hair dryer. Free slippers and you can always ask them to tidy up your room. Although you can't play loud music since the door is pretty thin but you can relax the whole time you are staying there. It is also accessible everywhere . Even during rush hours you can book a grab immediately and it will arrive at the hotel front not less than 10 mins from booking it. The only reason why cleanliness is only 4/5 its because when i was tidying up i saw a bottled orange juice under the sofa that wasn't mine so it had to be there before i even came in but its alright i didnt touch it anyways. Either way i recommend this specially to those who have transactions close to moa or picc because it will save you so much money and you will never feel uneasy
We stayed overnight after our trip, staff are helpful and friendly. Room is Okey, bed is average,we got ordinary blanket not comforters, I felt uncomfortable and didn't have a good sleep. Abit noisy also, can hear people partying even after midnight and the noise of the cars even we are at the 10th floor. Overall, hotel is beautiful but not comfortable to stay.
