i booked this hotel for a concert at MOA arena, loved that its super near MOA as well, rooms were spacious and basic amenities were provided as well. the thing i loved about this hotel is the room service!! the food is good and at a reasonable price as well! would definitely see myself booking this hotel again if i am coming back for another concert ^^!

Overall the arrival experience is fantastic with very cosy kind of ambience. But am not sure about the finishing of our junior suite room, no 352, as it is tired and aged, such as derailing sliding wardrobe, loosening door knobs, aged power switches and sockets, don't know where to find switches to ON and OFF, and so much more. Lastly, we can hear the renovation works are on going on top of us which we weren't being informed. Well....well... well...

I recently stayed at Lime Resort Hotel Manila, and it was an overall enjoyable experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless, adding to a stress-free experience. Cons: • Limited Dining Options: The onsite dining options are somewhat limited, and food prices could be considered high compared to nearby restaurants. • Pool Gets Crowded: While the rooftop pool is amazing, it can get crowded, especially during peak hours. • Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi was occasionally spotty, which may be inconvenient for business travelers or those relying on connectivity. I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the proximity to the airport made my travel so much easier. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

I loved the area near T3 using Runway. I loved the room, towels and all. We loved our suite room. Just a little bit comment, bath room is small for suitr room though we have 2 bathrooms. Highly recommended for travellers . Thank u for the complimentary food. Staffs were courteous

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. My wife and I along with our son stayed there for one night. Room was clean and smelt good along with the bathroom. Ac was also cold. My only two complaintd was that the hot water in the shower was only just enough and wasn't consistent. My second complaint was that on the way from the elevator to the room at the end of the hallway it smelt like mold, then cooked food then smelt like paint and another time mostly paint. We stayed on the ninth floor and a guy came out the room next to us who had painting because he had a cart with paint. My wife is pregnant and we have a three year old son so I worried about that. Those are my only issues otherwise linen and bed comfy, locks on the window good, good tv signal, and tv clarity. Breakfast buffet wasn't that great. Thought it was a waste. Tables were opened but not cleaned right away and also a waited broke glass on the floor. Another waiter was snappy when I asked a question didn't let me finish.

ive checkd in hundreds hotel everywhere in many countries. never wanted to write any reviews for a hotel. but this hotel was so bad in service that encouraged me to write one. ive paid everything during my check in, the breakfast for 5 person, the late check out charges and the airport transfer, with the staff promised to remind me by call if the car is ready. what happen was, during breakfast i was asked for the payment again. and the calling that i received was not informing me that the car is ready to airport, instead calling me that they gonna charge me some more php3000 if i ddnt check out now. arrived at the counter, staff denied me again about the airport transfer money was not paid. we ended up going by grab and did not received any apology. we lost the php2500 for airport transfer said that we late for the car and they cant be arranging anymore.

Check in was smooth, and the hospitality was awesome!!! Love the efficiency of how they work to get my room ready even despite the check in time still has a few hours away… room was big and the amenities were nice! Love the toiletries at Conrad, thanks conrad manila … you’ve been awesome will stay the nxt time when im back to mnl!!! Great stay 🥰

I stayed in an executive king room, and it was ok. My biggest issue is that the room was too warm for my taste wioth little air circulation which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast served in the executive lounge was below average with most of the food being served cold, like the eggs, bacon, hashborwns, etc. All cold. Also the executive check-in process was very drawn out and takes way too long. I was tired from flight and just wanted to go to my room. The room was clean and nicely arranged and the staff is pleasant.
