Had a wonderful experience! 💯 shootout for Mr Tshewang for his excellent service. Highly recomended. The room is clean, check in was smooth and food was 💯. Yes the food is 💯✅ They had a warm pool and nice gym. So far the best hotel during my stay in Bhutan

Hotel khamsum, paro has perfect location with views of beautiful mountains all around. Right in the market street, with many restaurants and handicrafts shops, it is also very close to a taxi stand. Wooden clad walls everywhere, including the rooms, give a beautiful feeling. Breakfast is quite elaborate too. Room size is small but acceptable. Go-id value for money.

Wonderful luxury hotel close to the airport, great to end the trip. It has everything you expect from a luxury stay. Great staff, great service and we had a one bedroom villa which was large and private. Our butler Karma was excellent. This is our first experience with COMO hotels and we look forward to trying their other properties. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was good. The spa and indoor swimming pool were beautiful. The grounds were private and beautifully manicured with the friendly local dogs that come to visit daily. This was the first luxury category resort in Bhutan (read “oldest”). As some of the reviewers have noted, it is a bit “tired” and could do with a refresh. But it didn’t take away from the wonderful stay and staff.

I was on the 4 nights 5 days Bhutan tour early this month during monsoon season with my family. This hotel was booked by our travel agent in Bhutan upon our request. I was looking for bit more decent place as I didn't liked much last hotel I stay in my last trip 2018. As I was searching for better 4* hotel this camp up very well. We stay at this hotel for 2nd and 3rd July 2024. Our room was 403 and 404. Room was spacious, clean and with nice view of Garden and Taksang(Tiger nest) in Horizon. We were given higher floor room they much nicer then ground floor. We had one dinner and one breakfast. Food was great even it limited option. Staff were very attentive and polite. Our stay end up really comfortable and satisfying. There was indoor heating swimming pool. We enjoyed first night. We were only family using pool. No other tourist as it was monsoon season. We liked the quietness. It was bit of drive from city center of Paro. Full of nature and quietness. It turn out to be best hotel during our Bhutan trip. I highly recommend this hotel for those traveler looking for bit of luxury and bit further from the city center. Thank for your great hospitality. I will definitely use it again for clients and if If return back to Bhutan in future.

The Zhiwaling Heritage Hotel is one of the newest hotels in Paro, having been renovated in 2022.The hotel is conveniently located a short 12km drive from Paro Airport. Seeing Paro's sights from this hotel is easy with Tara monastery, Paro Taktsang Base and Bhutan Karma Leksheyling all close by.This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect place to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The food was fantastic. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the iconic all the local attractions. Despite being so close to everything, the quiet setting offered a peaceful retreat from the lively energy. Highly recommended for an exceptional experience!
