LLucy KavzWe went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of.

GGuest UserWalking into this hotel, it feels like stepping into a quiet paradise. The design of the lobby is ingenious, and the high space is matched with dazzling crystal chandeliers, creating an open and luxurious atmosphere that instantly makes people's eyes light up.
The guest rooms are warm and exquisitely decorated, and every detail shows quality and care. The bed is soft and comfortable, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the texture is delicate. Lying on it is like being gently wrapped by clouds. The furniture in the room is reasonably placed, the layout is spacious, and the view is excellent, which makes people happy physically and mentally. The bathroom facilities are complete, and the toiletries exude a light fragrance and are of high quality.
The public areas of the hotel are also commendable. In the green garden, the carefully trimmed green plants are scattered in an orderly manner, and the flowers of the four seasons compete for beauty, adding vitality to the hotel. Walking along the garden path, you can also hear the gurgling sound of water, as if time has slowed down. The sofas in the leisure area are soft and comfortable, and with warm lights, people can't help but relax.
Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, the pleasant environment here has brought me an unforgettable stay experience, which is simply impeccable.

FFloresGilbertoThis is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month.
