Hidalgo County Hotels with Pools

I really enjoyed the stay breakfast was delicious and it was super clean and centrally located. We've honestly stayed several places every time we go to the valley and this is my favorite so far honestly. Check in was fast and kind, even though we got there late we didn't have to stand and yell for help like other places. They have a little store inside incase you forget something which we didn't need but it was great to have. We wake up late and the cleaning crew came on the dot at the time we requested I loved it. We go several times per year so having a fair price at a great centrally located hotel was such a great gem. I am very relived I don't have to search for a great and good priced quality place to stay now.

Very nice service and clean place. Very friendly staff. You just need an inside pool and or more bbq pits that area is to small. My family and I have been staying there for the past 2 years and we wanted to bbq but it was already full on both sides due to people staying there for sporting events the pool is way to small.

Actually I was staying there for a couple of hours upon arrival on Sunday night transiting to Mexico on Monday morning, that’s my 2nd stay in this hotel, everything is good and at high CP value, it makes sense for commercial stay. However, one thing I must voice out and ask hotel to get it improved is to that, the water flow on the bathroom no matter from the shower or from the tap was slow, I was staying in the 2nd floor and it was not supposed to be low water pressure, that must be upgraded and fixed immediately as most likely I will be staying again in my trip that higher water pressure and water flow are normally expected.

This is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month.

We stayed here twice. The first time was during the week and the hotel was quiet. Hotel staff were helpful and kind. Only downside was that our WiFi kept disconnecting in the room. The second time was during the weekend (Saturday night). Our room was surrounded by kids running up and down the corridor, screaming, and making a lot of noise until about 1 a.m. (not the fault of the staff, but there needs to be some regulations towards noise at night) A lot of noise from outside as well as it is right next to the highway. All in all the stay was fin, but wouldn’t recommend to stay during the weekend unless you don’t mind the noise.

This hotel wasn’t overflowing with fancy stuff, but we were just hoping for a comfy place to crash, and it was delivered nicely! I’d totally recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and tidy stay. Oh, and a sweet surprise was that the internet was super fast!

Very good service

It was very convenient to use as it was close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. There were plenty of beds, and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff in the lobby was also very friendly. There was ample parking so it was easy to use. The surroundings were quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably at night. If I visit McAllen again with my family, this is an accommodation I would like to use again next time.

Was disturbed by a party next to my room .. The police had to come at 5:45 am to tell them to be quite .. didn’t stop them they continued till 11:am check out . Hotel has no security and told it was my responsibility to call in continued noise issue, don’t understand being as they have hallway cameras and could see that they continued to slam doors vape in hallways and 3 people walking hallways all night . Unbelievable
