GGuest UserRoom was nice enough though the bathroom smelt appalling, and the phone in the room didn't work so had to have two technicians spend some time trying to fix it, they eventually had to replace the phone which meant I waited about 30mins before I was able to order room service. Breakfast was decent and didn't stay long enough to use the pool or spa facilities which is a massive shame as that was the biggest appeal for me. I didn't leave the hotel during my stay as I atriv3d late and only stayed one night.

GGuest UserOn the day of settlement we were met, fed and placed perfectly, although we were settled later on the standard time (previously warned of late settlement by email). On the day of departure , when we returned at 12:30 to the hotel for suitcases (exile at 12:00, the room we released in advance and left the suitcases at the door in the room), the suitcases were just standing on the street and on the street in winter, there was no security. We didn't understand why the suitcases didn't be transferred to the resepshn ...
Located in the centre, convenient, everything in step availability.
The room is authentic, big, warm, corresponds to the photo of the hotel, there are all necessary ingredients, including a good fan, but not clean enough, there is a foreign smell (may have trashed ants, but unresultably), a lot of ants, For convenience, the score was taken as winter, and the door of the room goes straight to the street, i.e. to the respiratory and to the restaurant. In other seasons it will not be a minus, as the yard is beautiful and cozy, but in the winter it is uncomfortable.

GGuest UserOverall, a normal hotel for the money. Stayed for 2 nights. Come and spend the night. The only thing that bothered me was that they smoke in the rooms. There was an ashtray on the table (at least in ours).
Breakfasts are ok. Not a cornucopia, but we didn't leave hungry.
The staff is friendly.

MMustafaThe gym is really bad, live music continues until midnight if u stay at 9th floor u hear it but they warned us about so it's understandable and receptionist were helpful, but after midnight and after music ends still u hear people who r going out.

GGuest UserThe room we had was cheap accommodation. The room was small, the shower and toilet were in very close quarters i.e. have a shower and the toilet would be soaked. There was a common room and a self-contained kitchen which we didn't use. This accommodation would be ideal for the budget traveller who wants to be close to the centre of town. It was pleasant enough. The street sweepers come though the town late at night and you would swear they came to clean the room. Finally the staff here were extremely helpful.

GGuest UserEverything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.

BBarryThis hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea.
The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.

CChaluuudWe stayed here for 2 nights, for cleanliness it's okay... but what's lacking is the facilities. From the bathroom that has a problem with the lighting in the room that is not well lit.. but to help with the hotel's very strategic location. Located in the center of the city.. so it's very easy to go anywhere.
