Останавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз, первый раз были в 2021 году. Своевременное заселение. Большой просторный номер из двух комнат, довольно чисто, свежее постельное бельё. Красивый вид из номера, мы были на 5ом этаже. Есть всё необходимое, зубные щётки, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки, халаты. В холодильнике платный мини-бар. В номере нет чайника, но в коридоре стоит куллер с горячей и холодной водой. Завтраки вкусные и очень сытные, в соседнем с отелем доме. При уборке каждый день меняют полотенца и добавляют гигиенические принадлежности. Выбираешь по меню, в котором отмечаешь нужные блюда, чтобы на утро их приготовили: на одного человека можно выбрать три горячих блюда и 2 напитка. Единственное, что немного расстроило, то это то, что на фото в номере был диван, и выбирали этот номер, в том числе, и из-за того что он там был, а при заселении оказалось, что вместо дивана 2 стула. Так же, в ванной комнате очень не удобно сделана занавеска для ванной, во первых, сама занавеска довольно узкая, а во вторых, штанга, её держащая, выполнена под наклоном, поэтому, как не двигай занавеску она закрывает только часть ванной и вода брызгается за её пределы, хотелось бы, чтобы этот нюанс исправили. Во всём остальном, могу сказать, что отель достойный, чтобы в него возвращаться вновь.

Останавливалась на одну ночь. В непосредственной близости находится Четвертый кассационный суд. Номер чистый, очень уютный, без посторонних запахов. Порадовало состояние сантехники. Была приятна удивлена... Приветливые и доброжелательные девочки на ресепшене, за что им отдельное, спасибо. В общем, обустроено все как-то с любовью.

Everything was great except that the same day a crowd of schoolchildren settled in the hotel. As a result, we had a direct shake of walls and noise. At first we were refused to move because there were no places in the hotel, but promised to deal with the noise and if necessary to call the security. After 3 hours when noise was less, the room we could move to was suddenly. In general, everything is good and the problem is solved, but the first refusal to qualitatively solve the problem is upset

Hotel corresponds to price=quality, small breakfasts, rooms clean- every day cleaning+water, tea, furniture old-but everything is neat and clean

The room was not in the hotel building, but in some decoration next to it. To get there, you needed to come to the first building and wait for the administrator who opened the gate to the decoration area. The nightmare is complete. There is nothing in the rooms - neither dishes nor slippers. It was necessary to ask even a towel, because it was hanging 1, while the guests were declared at all two, i.e. 2 big and 2 small at least. Thanks to administrators they are nice and tried to solve all the situations. The number was worth a penny, so I don't reduce to 2 stars all that just for that. But access must be adequate, of course.

В отеле все замечательно, все необходимое, чисто, вкусный завтрак, любезный персонал. Не понравилось окружение: гаражные автосервисы и прочее, но это отель изменить не в состоянии, выбирала из-за близости к парку Краснодар.

The first room was unpleasant smell (sink), changed to the other without problems. The cost includes visiting a good gym and not a bad breakfast. The number itself is small, the furniture of the cheap segment, the bathroom is close, generally not corresponding to the declared value.

Вкусные обильные завтраки. Комплиментом раннее заселение. 2 бассейна.
