Bai Hotel is my absolute favorite hotel in Cebu! I love its convenient location—it’s close to my favorite stores and hospitals, which makes everything so accessible. The amenities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights of my stay is always the food; they serve the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. Everything about this hotel is just perfect. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a late and delayed flight but grateful the van (free airport shuttle) waited for us. The lobby was simple & check-in was easy. Before going up to our room, they asked us to get the amenities we need (dental kits, shaving kits & combs). We stayed at the Twin C Room, it has a big ref, kitchen sink, tv, microwave, dining table & chairs & 2 big beds. The bathroom was like the ones in Japan, compact & small. There were no cabinets too. The beds were comfortable to sleep on & the ac was working well. Breakfast was served in what was like a cafeteria hall, it was supposed to be plated but it was served buffet style, breakfast menu was simple. It changes everyday. Location of the hotel is superb & convenient because its connected to J Centre Mall and there were pharmacies, banks, convenience stores & a spa nearby. Happy to have our massage there. The hotel was also beside the Skywater theme park but unfortunately it was indefinitely closed. Checkout was easy too. They allowed us to leave our luggage because we have a late flight, we just came back for it. We weren’t able to avail of the free shuttle going back to the airport because we weren’t able to book a day before (it’s not automatic even if they have your flight information), good thing we have relatives to bring us to the airport. Overall, price was reasonable and we had a nice & comfortable stay here.

The hotel is cozy, clean and the staffs are all very accommodating especially Denev and Rona of Front Desk! They are really kind and provided satisfactory service to the guest. Kudos to Rona who helped me to take photos, she so kind and helpful and always smiling which can lighter the ambiance and contribute a positive vibes.. A mentioned to Deneb as well who made my heart flatter with his accommodating voice and gesture especially during breakfast. I will definitely comeback on my next business trip next month!

Being my first visit to Philippines I was not sure about the food especially vegetarian food, but at the time of check in itself, reception staff was so courteous that I felt so comfortable, plus Manager of the property came to meet me personally and as per my request guided the chef to prepare vegetarian foods such as Falafel, tofu, baked vegei salads. Staff was so helpful. Multiple variety of breakfast. Very good swimming pool. Further a library near the reception area to provide a environment of knowledge. Ultimately I rate this stay excellent.

The property itself if quite nice with spacious rooms, a refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave and a smallish but working TV. Outside, there's a common lounging area with nice sofas and you get free parking. The corridors are spacious and the decor is tasteful. There's no elevator, though, and the 3rd floor is actually four flights up. Unfortunately, I asked for a room clean on the 3rd day of my stay but it didn't happen. The worst really had to do with their online booking and payment system. I charged my room to my BPI account, which was deducted from my bank account but the transaction wasn't acknowledged by Copenhagen Residences. They said that I had to deal with their online payment gateway - Asiapay. I asked for the phone or email but the person from Copenhagen didn't have it. Like, wow. My hard earned money down the drain. I tried looking for Asiapay's contact details but the website only had the HK email address. I tried calling the number but didn't get an answer. What a way to ruin what would have been an otherwise pleasant experience.

We stayed for more than two months and enjoyed everything from excellent breakfast and service to comfortable accommodation that feels like home. Location is also topnotch. Definitely recommended two thumbs up. Truly a wonderful stay! - Reynaldo of Canada

My son love the place because of the pool access. Our room has easy access to the pool so he can swim anytime he wants and for us parents can just watch over him easily because the pool is just in front of our room.

Conveniently located near Ayala Center Cebu and Parkmall. Easy check-in and check-out process. Helpful staff. One bad thing is that the water at the shower area does not drain fully. It started to smell the next morning due to the stagnant water. Another thing: blanket could be better. It was too thin. Thank you.

Dubbed as a business hotel, it fell short of the basics. Highlights: 1. Friendly staff from the front to the back of the house 2. Good wifi connection Lowlights: 1. The phone is not working. If you need something, you need to go down to the front desk and tell them. Our room is on the 6th floor. 2. We stayed for a week, and no one cleaned our room or even collected the trash for 6 straight days. 3. Linens are stained and old 4. The room is for 2 people. We are 2 in the room. They are inconsistent in replenishing items in the room. They would only replenish for 1 person (towels, bottled water). 5. They do not replenish the coffee, creamer, and sugar every day. We only got our coffee on the first day. 6. The lobby and the hotel entrance is dingy and dark, most of the time there is no person in the front desk. 7. Kitchen/bar is closed. You cannot order anything, even a brewed coffee.

Highly Recommended for middle-class: Just as good as our last stay in 2015. For less than 60 USD/night, it offers everything we needed and wanted. Based on its simplicity, this may only be a 2 or 3 star hotel, but the service and courtesy of the staff is 5-star. Peso for Peso (dollar for dollar), it's the best value of any hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Location: 5-7km from Mactan. At 7pm on a Thursday, it took me 15 minutes to drive to Dohera via the new bridge. The drive back to Mactan, on a weekday morning took 30mins via the ”old” bridge. Our Room: Two queen beds for three nights: P7500 ($150USD) total. We stayed on two separate occasions at the front and back end of our vacation to Cebu. Rooms were clean and modern (though the carpeted floors did not pass my ”white-sock” test). Beds are simple and comfortable. Ref, but no microwave. Bathroom is modern and extremely clean: Excellent hot/cold water pressure in a beautiful, glass-enclosed shower. Toiletries provided. Television is modern with many channels. Breakfast Included: 100% fantastic buffet style (self-serve). There were, usually, two protein dishes -- (tocino, longanisa, pork belly, chicken, fried fish, etc), steamed and garlic-fried rice, congee, a vegetable dish, breads for toasting, fresh fruit and fruit cups, coffee and water. Lunch/Dinner: In the restaurant/lobby. Room-service is available. As we only ate the included breakfast, we cannot comment on price. However, due to our experience with breakfast, we can presume the other food to be the same high quality. Snacks-Expensive: Coffee is free and available 24hrs. Beer, soda and other snacks are very expensive. Bottled water is P50 (same size/brand is P15 at 7-11). A can of soda is P80 (more than double the price of the 7-11 across the street). WiFi: Free in-room WIFI Pool: Various depths from 50-150cm. It's outdoors but sheltered from the sun-- a big plus for us. Parking: Limited, but free. Ball Room/Conference Room: We observed a wedding reception during our stay. We took a quick peek upstairs as guests were arriving; nicely prepared. The staff took excellent care of the wedding party, without ignoring the other hotel guests.
