The hotel is small, very quiet, and the shop manager and staff are professional and friendly. Unfortunately, in time for the typhoon, the dive shop manager arranged to go to Apo Island ahead of time and saved our trip. I spent the last two days learning a hyperoxia course. This was my first stay here, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect right by the beach, quiet, and very relaxing. Plus, meeting 'Sausage' the dog was a highlight! However, I am very disappointed with the booking management. My first booking was canceled even though rooms showed as available, forcing me to rebook a different category and wait for a refund. Later, I tried to extend my stay for another 3 nights, but that was canceled as well. It’s a shame because I love the place, but the unreliable system makes me hesitant to book again. I highly suggest the hotel syncs their real-time availability to prevent these frustrating cancellations.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the quilt was thick enough. The couple had a story to tell. They always put the customers first and provided nanny-like service. They helped us a lot in the past two days, took us to the weekend market, and cooked delicious meals for us. Their seawater hot spring golden soup was very comfortable and good stuff. If you want to eat, you need to inform them in advance, and they will buy fresh soup and cook it on the same day.

My fiancé and I loved the resort. The staff was exceptionally friendly! The food was well prepared, and the room was gorgeous! But! One of the reasons we picked it was because it is one of the few that offer a tub! And she likes to bathe. So we were very disappointed to find we had no hot water to the tub only cold, when showering we had only hot water and no cold water.  We know how the switches work, when turned to the other temperature there was little to know pressure, only drips.  Other tha. That our stay was amazing. We would love to stay again if we know we can bathe and shower comfortably.

Conditioners work great Minorities: 1. water in the shower is dirty 2. No beach near the resort 3. Remote from center 4. The road to the resort is terrible, but for 2 days it doesn't seem so terrible!

I want to mention very nice Philippine breakfast, that you can order additionally if you want - it’s very abundant for its money cost, also - tasty. Next - very comfortable access to the sea. Almost no corals when you go around the hotel. Still advise you to wear coral boots since nearby, swimming a little bit to the right - you’ll find paradise reef for you snorkeling lowers! Finally, very nice and welcoming staff whom we want to give our special thanks! Every issue we asked was solved. Cats are also quite cute!
