GGuest UserThe room itself was very nice, and the bed was quite large and comfortable.
However!! The nearest bus stop from the airport (take bus 300) is a long walk from the hotel, involving crossing a traffic light, and it's very windy and cold during that stretch of road. Plus, the shuttle bus costs extra…
It's also inconvenient to get to the city center from here; firstly, it's far, and secondly, this area isn't included in the GVB day pass. It's located in the suburbs, and public transportation is relatively expensive.
Perhaps more suitable for business travelers…

AAnonymous UserI'm not sure why, but I've seen many Westerners check in as early as 10 or 11 AM. However, when I, as a Chinese person, tried to check in, I was told I had to wait until 3 PM. I don't understand why there's a difference.

YYililiuyaThis hotel is perfect for a layover or an early morning flight. The shuttle service to the airport starts at 4 AM, which is very convenient! The hotel itself is quite large, and there's a painted airplane inside, which is a cool and interesting touch. In the lobby, they offer a buffet and a cafe with Western food options, plus they have their own supermarket. All the facilities in the hotel are very new!
However, the receptionist I encountered wasn't very familiar with the check-in process and charged me twice for the room, in addition to the amount already paid through Ctrip. Ctrip quickly helped to mediate and resolve the issue, and I'm currently waiting for the hotel's refund.

LLam Hui MeNo shower cap provided was a little bit disappointed. And airport shuttle service did not alight us in the very safe area at the Schiphol airport. Especially when carrying heavy luggages, literally cars zooming pass us while we unload the luggages from the shuttle bus.

SSamAppiMy husband and I were pleased to return each evening from all our busy day trips to this peaceful and quiet retreat. It seemed relatively new built. A free shuttle brings you from the airport on arrival. We booked uber for our return trip to the airport as the shuttle does not start until 5 am but we had to be at the airport by 4am and had a large suitcase as well. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the local train/bus station where we could make our daily excursions from each morning. There is a good network of transport so we had no problems going anywhere. A direct bus takes you to Keukenhof park from the bus station.
The rooms are cleaned on request when asked the day before. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly. However, any requests made took time to be heard and considered. I needed to request an extra pillow (otherwise it is only one pillow per person). Despite frequent reminders, there was no success I had to keep using towels or my clothes to raise my head but kept asking and perseverance paid off finally on the third night!!!
The breakfast had a lot of vegetarian options (but not halal). I particularly liked their dispensers for fruit jams and condiments etc.
The bar is open until 10 pm serving drinks.
The hotel was very popular with big groups of tourists as it offers good value for money compared to the very expensive hotels near the central stations. The only drawback is that there is no activity in the Hoofddorp area itself.
Overall it was good value for money and a pleasant stay.

KKelvin Wi enjoyed staying here - it was a bit complicated getting here by bus as there are works going on at the schiphol bus terminal - so you will need to logic your way to the right bus stop (google maps does not factor this in, so you will need to find temporary maps from schiphol along the bus stops).
when you get to the hotel it is not obvious to view from the bus station either, so again you will need to figure out how to head to the moxy, but the hotel itself from the inside is very modern and fresh looking, everything is clean, the rooms feel very up to date and the bathrooms look bright and newly fitted which is always much preferred to old and worn. there is a lot of space to sit, read, and plan your trip on the ground floor with multiple sofas and desks. once you figure out the bus it is very easy to head back to schiphol airport or to town center from the hotel.
the only thing is there is no tea or coffee station in-room, nor water, so everytime you want to boil water for tea or coffee, or even grab a drinking cup, you would have to go to the lobby and sometimes that isn’t practical as that’s also where other hotel guests are and the staff are stationed, and you just want some privacy. maybe they could put water bottles in room daily? or a water kettle?
it’s a great hotel for if you are travelling into amsterdam for a short trip and have tight schedules to the airport, such as late night or early morning flights, and you are a younger solo traveller, who wants the privacy of their own room which is a step up from a nice hostel, and doesn’t mind figuring things out a bit as part of the journey

GGuest UserThe blue room is smaller than the red room, but they're in the same location and cost the same. There's an airport shuttle, but it's a large one that picks up many people, so the wait can be quite long. Other hotels nearby offer larger rooms; the 0.8-meter-wide bed here is so small it's hard to even turn over.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean. The lobby was spacious and offers snacks and drink for Guest even in the middle of the Night. The Receptionist was very friendly and accomodating even at 12midnight. Check-in in a couple of minutes with out any issues. The room that got was very nice with a twin bed and a bunker can fit 4 persons. I would highly recommend this Hotel to my friends and acquintances. Goodjob.❤️

The good:
- The room is spacious.
- The buffet breakfast has a lot of choices.
- There is a machine that serves drinkable water by the reception. You can fill up your bottles at any time.
- Dogs are welcome.
- The parking (in front of the hotel or underground), is 10€ / day, but you can actually park for free just behind the hotel where there there are office buildings and a big parking area.
The bad:
- Our room didn't get cleaned...!? After a long day I was eager to get back to my room. But I was greeted with a overflowing bin, dirty coffee cups, no filling of espresso capsules.... What is the point of the Nespresso machine when you don't have the capsules...??
Just not what you expect from a hotel and that's why I give low points for cleanliness and services. Cleaning is included in the price for any hotel. If this establishment has decided not to clean your room, they should lower their prices. That would be fairer.
- The pillows were horrible. Too big and high. Gave me a sore neck.
All in all I do recommend this hotel. For the price, it's one of the better ones around the airport.

The room was also quite clean.
But the transportation is not very convenient, it is very remote, and it takes 12 minutes to walk to the nearest station.
