This hotel is about 8 minutes from the airport. There is a shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel for free, but from the hotel to the airport it costs 5 Euros. A deposit of 50 Euros needs to be paid during check-in. They DO NOT take cash. Only payments with cards are allowed. The hotel is ok for a night if you need to take an early flight. That's it. For the shuttle bus, there is a bus station right outside the airport. Follow the signs ”Hotel Transfer” or ”Hotel Shuttle Bus”. Not difficult to find.

Before leaving the country, I was sitting at the airport, wondering how to get there for my return trip. I was stressed about not knowing how long it would take or where the terminal was. Eventually, I chose the Sheraton Hotel inside the airport. There was no need for any transportation; I just wheeled my luggage directly to the hotel and then to the airport, all without getting wet. The five-star hotel truly lives up to its name – spacious and comfortable, with a view of the control tower and the airport right from the window. Having already familiarized myself with China Airlines' check-in counters before my return, I decided to enjoy the hotel's five-star breakfast on the day of my flight. Despite the bustling crowd at check-in, I still had ample time to handle my luggage tags, calmly pass through customs and security, and arrive at the China Airlines gate. This hotel is even closer to the airport than the Hilton, making it easy to reach even with heavy luggage. The hotel corridors offer complimentary coffee, hot water, and a variety of tea bags, making guests feel right at home. The supermarket inside the airport is perfect for stocking up on daily essentials like yogurt, fruit, and protein. The airport's location also provides convenient access to almost all attractions in Amsterdam. We traveled from the hotel to Zaanse Schans (Windmill Village), the Van Gogh Museum, The Hague, and the Cube Houses in Rotterdam. While the outbound journeys sometimes required transfers, which was a minor inconvenience, all our return trips had direct connections. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is a great choice for those looking for a clean, spacious, and safe environment away from the city bustle. It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. The airport shuttle is free for registered members, which is a great perk. It runs every half hour to and from the airport, making it very convenient to get around. The room itself is a decent size and even with an extra bed, it's still quite comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was undoubtedly the best. Outstanding Hospitality: The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and kind. A huge thumbs up to Moran and Peter—their professionalism and warm attitude made our stay truly memorable. We were also very grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel schedule so much smoother. Comfortable Rooms & Facilities: The room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and the shower had great water pressure. The kitchen and laundry appliances were all very useful and in great condition. Airport Shuttle Service: The hotel’s shuttle is a lifesaver, especially since the elevators at the nearby public bus station are currently under maintenance and only accessible from one direction. • To the Hotel: The shuttle from the airport is free. • To the Airport: It costs €5 per person, which is well worth it if you have heavy luggage. It’s a quick 10-minute ride, and we never had to wait long. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its superior service and convenience!

We stayed 3 nights at the Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol. Hotel is relatively quiet. The Moxy shares a shuttle with NH Hotel. For the shuttle to the airport, payment is expected via a chip per person which can be obtained from reception and booking has to be made. It costs €4 per person who is not a Marriott Bonvoy member or €3.5 for members. It is free from the airport to the hotel. There is no fridge, coffee or tea making facilities. We had to place a deposit of €90 on check in. Free coffee available in the morning only as the grab and go. No bottle water given as tap water is drinkable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The room was comfortable and well equipped, making my stay very enjoyable. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure that guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team!

I booked a Superior Twin with Sofa bed, but upon check-in, I received a Comfort Twin room. After seeing the room, I informed them that there must be a mistake, but the Receptionist insisted it was correct. I then asked why there was no sofa, and she said this was a Superior Twin without a sofa. The next morning, I asked another staff member what type of room this number was. The staff member confirmed it was a Comfort Twin. So, I took down that staff member's name and called Trip.com, providing them with the name. Shortly after, Trip.com called back, apologized, and immediately refunded the difference between the two room types, approximately 70 Euros. I was very impressed with Trip.com. However, I find it strange that the hotel would do this without fearing legal repercussions. This is intentional deception.

I had a great stay at the hotel with my friend during our trip to Amsterdam. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport, which made traveling easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the service and amenities were excellent, and we really enjoyed our experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Amsterdam.

The hotel staff was very welcoming. They arrived early and let us check in early even though we were very tired. The room was also quite clean. But the transportation is not very convenient, it is very remote, and it takes 12 minutes to walk to the nearest station.
