GGuest UserThe room was large, with good facilities, but a little old. We called the hotel for a shuttle after leaving the Monterrey Airport, and they quickly arranged a large car for us that could hold more luggage. The service and value for money were really good.

CcavenfjStayed twice, I don't want to live anymore, it is difficult to check in early, you must wait until 15:00 to have a room, or the lobby manager contacted 1 hour in advance, but arranged a small room with an inner window, and immediately cancelled the next day's reservation and changed to a new hotel.
