The Hotel is right on top of Japan Railway Tokushima Station and one minute walk from the main bus terminal in Tokushima, too. Very convenient not only to explore the city of Tokushima, but also to explore Tokushima's rich nature and culture, still hidden gem in Japan. Hotel was built about 30 years ago but it is well maintained and rooms are spacious compared with more recent ones. Hotel staffs are very courteous. It forms a part of the station building where you can find many restaurants with Japanese and local flavors as well as souvenir shops.

We stayed for two nights and we enjoyed it. Located across the Tokushima JR station and next to a few shopping areas, it's easily accessible. The hotel car park lot (self-park) is just next to the hotel building and the parking fee is 800yen (3pm to 11noon, just one-time entry) and you can pay the fee at the hotel reception. The room we have is deluxe double, double bed at East Annex. The room is clean and comfortable. Just like other Japanese downtown business hotels, the room is not big but we able to open up two suitcases and still have room to move around. Breakfasts have Western & Japanese choices and we especially love they included local food and cuisine. Public onsen is located at the 11/F and we enjoyed it too. Staff are friendly and speak okay English.

It is close to the station, so it is convenient for travel. In addition, the male staff at the front desk is also gentle and quick. The front desk who forgot to give the breakfast ticket, when I entered the room, there was already a room phone. I noticed that I forgot to give it immediately and contacted me. Breakfast is a Viking, but this is also a female staff who is very careful and cares. The porridge container was thick and could not be opened with bare hands. The staff opened and gave me porridge. It was our very first time in Shikoku area of Japan - the hotel is frankly a bit dated but we appreciated the hospitality and the great selection of breakfast (both western and Japanese style were available). I think we went during the off season so there seemed to be only few hotel guests staying - at least having breakfast when we were at the breakfast room. The ”Wa -fuu” Japanese style Tatami room (10 tatamis) on the 10th? floor was nice and roomy which we enjoyed. Though the bathroom is TINY - felt like you were in a tiny boat or airplane. Free wifi worked fine. Good amenities - including free bottled water. Tea. mini-fridge. They also provide you with free local cellphone in the room so you could bring it with you for local phone calls or do some simple wifi search/gps usage being a tourist. For people visiting from out of the country without a good global cell plan- this is a great amenity to have.

It was the first time to stay in Tokushima. There was no land insight from the station, but it was a distance that could walk without difficulty compared to Google maps and map signboards in front of the station. The walk from the station was comfortable. The view across the bridge, the red leaves of the Mt. Meiyama ropeway, the awa dance hall, the arcade street, etc. It is a place that I couldn't experience if it was a bus or a taxi. The inn is Toyoko inn, so it doesn't expect excessively, polite and wasteless, and feels comfortable. The front desk staff was very kind and the sensitivity was super up! The rooms were larger than I thought. It feels like you can reach itchy places such as outlet arrangement and table. Amenities such as gowns and shaver are not available in the room and please bring them from the lobby waki. Breakfast is in the lobby as it is. It was crowded, but I was able to take a lot of salad and it was a good experience (in the city of night, there are not many choices of meals, the station and downtown are smelly of cigarettes and can't stay long) I couldn't eat it. Very comfortable, the cospa was excellent, a good place.

The next morning departure was early, ”it is unpleasant that the hotel breakfast cannot be eaten”, and when I was looking for a cheap place for a night stay, this hit. There are also single, double, twin and family rooms, but if you can sleep cheaply, I recommend ”dormitory”. Toilet shower washbasin is shared. ２ staircase beds lined up, Only the space in the bed is my space (there is no doubt if you can imagine the capsule hotel). The price is the weekday before the consecutive holiday of １１ late month I stayed, the dormitory is １ night tax ２, It was ５００ yen (probably the price will fluctuate depending on the time). I think it is a hotel that can be added to one of the choices if you can walk from Tokushima Station １０ minutes and just sleep. And the mineral water free drink (any bottles in a PET bottle) was an unexpected service.

Sss20hi1802It is an inn in the hotel town in front of Tokushima Station. It is just next to the station because it crosses the signal. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around, and it is convenient for sightseeing. In either case, it was a Japanese room inn that entered the old kind, but it was renovated and comfortable. The bath in the room is certainly quite small, but it was not inconvenient because there was a large bath to stretch and slowly put in. The front desk was also kind and polite and good inn.

SSudachihimeI used it because my work destination became telework OK. It is available from 9:00 to 18:00 and is 3,300 yen with tax. As others have written, you can certainly feel old. Even after the bubble period and the bubble started, this hotel (especially the restaurant) has a good customer, and it is a good memory to go to lunch, dinner and cake Viking with the family. There was such a gorgeous time in Tokushima. The room is completely fine, including the wifi environment, to use in telework, and you can see Mt. Mei from the window and change your mood. Since the restaurant on the first floor is not open to prevent the spread of corona virus infection, it is recommended to bring lunch box for those who use the telework plan. There is also a shop map around the hotel in the room, so I think it is good to refer to it.

(There were Sushiro, Mac and FamilyMart nearby) The hotel has the main building (there is a large communal bath on the top floor where you can see Mt. Bizan) and the annex building (new building), and the annex building is newer and the same single. About 1,000 yen It is a high price setting. To the annex building for check-in ‥‥ The front desk was usually a good response. Get a card key and breakfast ticket and go to the room. The room was small, the bath and toilet were normal, the amenities and the attached facilities in the room were normal, and the slippers were not used. The bed was normal, the sleeping clothes were yukata and the pillows were normal. The large communal bath is on the 9th floor and there is only one bathtub, but I put it in. Breakfast can be selected from two types, Western and Japanese. The breakfast venue was new and large, and a PR video of Tokushima's tourist information was shown on the wall. In the morning, the shuttle bus to Tokushima Station was operated every 20 minutes, and it was convenient because it was raining.
