家族旅行で祖父母含めての旅行だったので、とても良い思い出が出来ました。 車椅子を使用者が居ることと、１歳の孫が一緒だったのですが、玄関の階段の段差にはスロープ、ダイニングには子供椅子の用意までしてあり、とても気の利いたサービスで感謝しております。 上着を掛けられるクローゼットが無かったことだけが残念でした〜 子供達はみんなここに住みたいと言うくらい心地良く過ごせました。ありがとうございました😊

Nice hotel nice location spoiled by **** lady staff. Maybe she really hate Asian. Everything is No! I asked how much the buffet as I was hungry upon checked in and saw they have food behind the counter. When I was going to find a seat outdoor with sea view, I was chased away by her without even given a menu or a chance to sit down. So rude!! I’m not there for free food or free seat!! I’m paying ok. The room at 2nd floor is blocked by the roof of the restaurant, waste my money for this stay.

You must go to half a flight of stairs or half a floor. You have traveled more than 100 times. The first time you have passed this situation. The elevator only goes to 1.5 floor, 2.5 floor.
