Room is clean and new! But they don’t have cleaning service. Location is near Gate 2 Kadena. There a few restaurants and supermarket nearby. With big television with Netflix. Overall is good 👍

There were small cockroaches found inside the room. Breakfast facilities were not completely equipped, eg. soft drinks like orange juice & apple juice were empty but not refilled. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is easy but during high seasons, one might have to park at a distance from the hotel. Good counter service to purchase entry tickets to tours with discounted price.

A new hotel under Vessel Hotels, you have access to the public baths at the other two Vessel Hotels at American Village. I would recommend everyone to take breakfast as it serves Blue Seal ice cream, and lots of local delicacy.
The rooftop swimming pool was closed, but it's a very small pool anyway.
Outdoor free parking for hotel guests, laundromat next to public baths on 2/F.

The room was huge and there was a huge bathtub in the room, but the massage function didn’t work. The hotel’s location is only suitable for self-drive stays, but the entrance to the hotel can be easily missed as it only has a tiny hotel nameplate, so it can be missed at night or if you don’t pay attention. Also go through long ramps and a very narrow entrance parking lot every single day. Because the hotel is in the middle of the hill, you will see the sea view. Although the hotel facilities are relatively dilapidated, the washroom and shower are separate, the front desk also provides free bath salts, you can get from the front desk attendant, the hotel overall is okay.

Self-driving is more convenient, because the location is relatively remote, and the hotel is more like a motel. The car is parked on the first floor, and the luggage has to be carried to the second floor. 1. The hotel adopts no reception, you must check in by yourself. If you have any questions, you can press the contact number on the tablet panel. You can talk to the service staff to help check in if you need to speak English or Japanese. The car is parked in the parking lot in front of the second floor for free. The parking lot is very large. We only have four cars when we check in, including our vehicles. If there is no self-driving, the traffic is a bit inconvenient.
2. The location is halfway up the mountain, there are many motels or daily rental suites nearby, I don’t know why I feel very empty, and I don’t feel very comfortable on safety concerns.
3. The room environment is the same as the photo. The room range is super large. The baby is very happy to run around, but it is also very happy to hit. The room lighting is dim, personally feel that the sight line is poor, the remote control is super insensitive, and it is difficult to switch or shut down.
4. During the stay, no one will remove the garbage, and you have to find a way by yourself or put it in the check-out.
5. Basic spare parts are available. The room is located at the highest point, so it is very convenient to open the window to watch the sunrise or sunset.

The room is overall very nice and there is no counter service (confirm the password in the e-mail before picking up the key) ps: I didn’t receive the letter, but fortunately there was a Japanese person who helped me and called to inquire🙋Instantly rescue!

ええみちょI stayed without meals. I arrived by taxi late at night from Tedako Urasai Station. There is also a convenience store on the side, which is convenient, and according to the hotel, there is a lunch box and a lunch box if you walk a little. The front desk is kind and kind.
The taxi driver and the front desk also told me that corona is quite popular in Okinawa, and they recommended me to wear a mask (it was a place to be alert). The room was also disinfected and used conveniently.
At check-in, the room was air-conditioned off and it smelled fishy, but the temperature control of the shower in the bath was easy and the water pressure was just right, so it was very comfortable! !!
When I tried to ventilate a little, I thought the window was too heavy to open and would fall off. The room was facing the street, so even if I closed the window, the sound of the car in the early morning was so loud that I woke up vaguely. The room was comfortable.
The room had a set of coffee (up to cleaning powder), which was a nice service!
There were many clothes hanging places and multiple hangers, which was convenient!
I accidentally forgot the charging plug and was able to borrow it.
