"The location is excellent and very convenient. Although the airport shuttle no longer stops directly at the hotel entrance, you can take it to the neighboring Lequ Hotel. I recommend booking your return shuttle when you check in; then, you just wait in the Lequ lobby for your bus. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning, perfect for watching sunsets and even fireworks displays right from our window – it felt like a front-row seat! The room itself was very spacious, and there were plenty of bins. A major plus is the Lawson convenience store. There's one on the ground floor, and if you're staying in the annex building, it's right outside the elevator – incredibly convenient! Breakfast was very generous, offering a wide array of Okinawan local specialties – so much so that even after four days, I couldn't try everything! The only slight letdown was the coffee, which wasn't great."

"A special thank you to the kind lady staff member who patiently and enthusiastically assisted me with storing my luggage, booking a shuttle bus, and even disposing of a suitcase. I didn't even catch her name, but her kindness made my Okinawa trip a truly heartwarming experience. The hotel's ambiance and location both exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, and it even had a comfortable balcony. My daughter was thrilled; she'd sit there every day, daydreaming and listening to music. I originally thought three nights here might be a bit long, but now I feel like I could stay even longer. I'd definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. The hotel offers a convenient direct shuttle bus to Naha Airport that can be booked a day in advance. Fantastic!"

"Amazing hotel. The staff is very polite and attentive The room is very bright and spacious. The breakfast was very good, the both restaurants - Japanese and Italian - was quite good, but it's not really big so there is a line. Also take out option is available in Paseo Garden restaurant. Aqua zone have two swimming pools the indoors and the outdoors one. Guests may purchase sauna and sento ticket for 550 ¥. The hotel located in 600 m from Ginawan beach, it takes about 10 mins to get there. Hotel souvenir shop has variety of custom and fabric things, prices are normal. I advice you to buy souvenirs here There are several cafés and convenient stores nearby."

"Great hotel to stay in. Booked this place at a last minute due to good reviews and it did not disappoint me. But there are small issues that could be improved. Service was tip top. Everyone was helpful and cheerful. Room is big and has sufficient space to put 3 large opened luggages. You can even dry your clothes at the balcony. There are vending machines in every floor I guess? You can even wash your clothes using their washing machine too. Powder Room was separated from the toilet which is great. The husband can do their business in the toilet while the wife does her make up. No sweat no waiting. Amenities in the room was not enough but fret not, you could get the amenities from the lobby yourself between 2pm to 11pm. There are even free snacks during this timing. Location was quite near to Rycom Mall about less than 10mins drive. It is an 1hr drive to the city of Naha and Airport. Swimming pool is large and indoor. They provide floats. However, i don't think I could stay in the swimming pool area for too long as I felt breathless due to low ventilation. But we had so much fun at the swimming pool. Breakfast however does not have much choices for long stays. You eat the same thing everyday which is a little boring for me. Hotel need to try and change the varieties sometimes. On the last day of breakfast we had to spent eating in a function room due to the restaurant being closed but everything was cold. It was not very nice eating cold pancakes, cold food. Overall it was a nice stay in Okinawa Grand Mer Resort. I recommend you to stay here."

"I LOVEEEE THE ROOM sooo sooo much! Self Check-in is very easy just have to make sure that we checked in in advance from email they send us before actually go check-in. Just have to put pin code / scan QR code. very easy. One drawback is that the wall is pretty thin. I stay on the highest floor but still can hear outside noises but not so loud still acceptable. The area is close to everything too. Great location, Great place"

"The room is big n clean. The view n staff is good. Location is good.there is a bike shop across the road had a wonderful n easy bike ride . ( very short though- 5 mins to left n right end ,left to the beach, right to the restaurant along the coast )"

"👍😆 The hotel environment and atmosphere are very good, and the lobby has a slight aromatherapy which is very comfortable. The room was large and clean, and the view from the terrace was amazing. (But the weather in Okinawa changes quickly and it may suddenly rain heavily, so remember to close the door when you go out) There are self-service water dispensers and beverage vending machines on each floor, and snacks and daily necessities are sold on certain floors. The waiter was very nice and patiently answered questions. There is a large public bath where you can take a bath. The buffet breakfast for the whole day was quite rich, with many ingredients grown/made by themselves. The own brand milk had a strong taste, which is highly recommended. 👎😅 The air conditioner is not cold enough. When the temperature outside is around 25 degrees, you need to be patient and wait for the room to cool down. Another inconvenience is that the hotel is located on the top of the mountain. The way up the mountain is a bit difficult to find and the walk is tiring. Although there are shuttle buses to nearby towns and large shopping malls, there are not many buses (the timetable is attached in the picture), and they are only slightly larger light trucks. Be careful when carrying large luggage, as they can still be put in when there are fewer people. It is better to be prepared to call a taxi when going back at night."

Their assistance immediately turned my whole trip around for the better! 💫 🏡 A Room Like a Mini-Home The moment I opened the door, I was enveloped in a sense of warmth and coziness; it was spotlessly clean. From the living room sofa, you get a panoramic view of Chatan Bay, where the sky beautifully merges with the ocean. Whether it's sunny or rainy, the healing scenery is always there to accompany you. The two chairs on the balcony make it the perfect little nook for sipping coffee and gazing out at the sea. ☕ 🍳 Well-Equipped Kitchenette & Handy Appliances There's a small kitchen, perfect for preparing simple meals. It's fully equipped with a rice cooker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and a variety of dishes and utensils – truly feeling like a home away from home. The bathroom offers stable hot water and perfect water pressure for a very comfortable shower experience. Plus, there's a washing machine and dryer, so you can keep your clothes fresh daily – incredibly convenient! 💬 In a nutshell: it truly felt like home, and my spirit felt wonderfully nurtured! Highly recommended for independent travelers who appreciate spaciousness and sea views. This isn't a lavish hotel, but it's absolutely an apartment that delivers a perfect blend of 'homely comfort and healing serenity.' Next time I visit Chatan, Okinawa, I'd love to stay here again!"
