From Fugang-> Kumamoto-> Asu Volcano-> Youfuyuan-> Because the Beppu Hotel is low cost and then chooses to drive 20 minutes to Dafen. I was afraid of trying and wrong. After all, I got 2 reviews, but I was surprised after the stay. The mini bar has wine and electric beds. Hot spring, large room, high cost performance, suitable for couples to travel by car.

This was a nice hotel in a very good location. There are lots of restaurants and places to drink nearby. The hotel itself was very clean but it didn't have an internal smoking area, although there were plenty of smoking areas outside the hotel. The room was a small one but there are very comfortable beds.

HueswStrategic location, the hotel is about 700-800m from the train station. In Japan it’s known to have a small bed for hotel, but it’s a pleasant surprise to note the bed is bigger than the “norm”. Very comfortable. In the winter/cold temperature, the centralise airconds were all “set” to heater. When we made a “complain” on the stuff/warm room, they are kind to offer a stand fan to put in our room. A big thumb ups for the buffet, a good spread, clean and delicious.

We stayed in a rock bath, Japanese-style Western-style room. The hotel room is very comfortable and the space is large enough. 2 queen size beds, as well as Japanese-style tatami space. The outdoor style is much larger than the picture, and it is easy to accommodate our two families , and the children soak in the hot spring in the bathroom.
The room is equipped with 2 bathrobes per person, and also provides facial cleanser, moisturizing cream, hair gel and straight hair clips, etc., very intimate!
Have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again!

qbngThe staff here was super accommodating and they assisted with any changes that I had to do. The hotel does not have any lifts for the non-smoking rooms.

chromastarlightLocated just a block or two from JR Oita Station (and mall), it is also adjacent to a large Shōtengai (covered street shopping district), it is surrounded by walkable dining and shopping and is an excellent starting point for deeper explorations of Oita, or even a short day trip up to Beppu by rail, about 20 minutes away, though you don't need to go anywhere to relax features a ground floor onsen as well! The front desk was extremely helpful throughout my stay, and making the usual arrangements was easy. The location is quiet at night but feels connected to the pulse of the city.

Miyu BirdieOpinions from a female asian solo traveler. Around 10 mins walk from Oita station, acceptable distance to me. Have convenient stores in the area but not many restaurants, better go back to Oita station or Amu plaza oita for food. The front desk is very helpful. The hotel is a bit small and old but very clean and quiet. Particularly appreciate their shower water is hot enough. I stayed on the 4th floor and could hear street sounds occasionally but acceptable. Overall, affordable prices and needs are fulfilled.

There are many foreign staff members, but we didn't have any particular problems dealing with them.
There is a height limit in the multi-story parking garage, so the type of car you can use may be limited. If you have a small, maneuverable car, you may not be able to fit it in because cars these days are so tall.
It takes time to get your car out of the garage in the morning, so we recommend going early.

The lighting in the room can be dimmed and bright, and the desk is large, so it is easy to work. The nightwear is a gown type. The walls and wallpaper feel old, but they are clean. There is a refrigerator and a kettle pot. The microwave oven is only on the 1st and 2nd floors. The air conditioner is an independent type of each room. When I leave the room, only the TV is on, and all the rest disappears. The air volume of the dryer is a little weak. The slippers have cushions, but there is no sheet to paste. Not disposable. There is a folded chair-shaped luggage storage.

I was surprised that the room was larger than I thought and the bed was big, the breakfast was buffet and the taste and quantity were satisfactory, there was no dinner, but there were many restaurants and restaurants walking to Oita station 5 minutes. There was no problem As for amenities, I didn't have any trouble because I rented various things for free at the front desk besides the room.
I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
